These guys are seriously confused. I ordered an obsolete part from a huge dealer in Dallas who found one remaining at ABC Auto Parts in Longview. Instead of shipping it UPS I drove to Longview to pick it up the following week since I would be there for work anyway. This would save them the cost of shipping, my cost would be the same whether shipped or picked up. The following Saturday after I got off work and went to ABC to pick up the switch, the guy at the counter tet told me he couldn't find any order in my name even though I literally had the paperwork in hand. 15 minutes later after making some calls he found out that they, ABC Auto Psrts, had cancelled the order and told me that to walk out the store and drive back to Dallas with the part I would need to pay for it again right then and there. This effectively would make the part 2x its actual price since I was never refunded the original charge. After thinking about it I declined and went home empty handed. The following Monday I called the dealership who immediately took care of it and the switch was at their Parts department 3 days later. Didn't have to pay double or stand around while people are looking for your order or any of that. Lesson learned, next time take the easy way out and don't try to save them $$. Have them ship the part and wait for it to show up. Easier and less hassle that way.

This used to be the only store I would shop at for auto parts, now they are my last choice! And don't ever listen to anything they say over the phone, I think it's a prank they play on people. Telling them the wrong prices and the incorrect inventory on hand and now even the wrong store that they are. Am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Travis especially for putting me on hold 2xs tonight hoping I would just go away!

EDIT: Although I initially gave a one star review, I will say that I was contacted later the same day by the owner. The next day I was contacted by another manager, and even though they could not change what happened, I do believe they were not concerned nearly as much with the review, as they were in the failure of the store to meet customers expectations. This to me says a lot about a business, and what they expect of thier staff, and how they want thier customers treated. They offered me a gift card for future purchases and asked me to please give them another opportunity to provide the customer service they expect. They did not ask me to change the review, I did this on my own.Although I have not yet needed anything for my vehicle,, I do intend to give them another chance. Went in at 730 in the morning. My vehicle was already on a rack at the shop having other work done. I explained this to them and was told by the manager the parts would be there, no problem. Meanwhile an entire leveling kit was done, all of the pads and rotors were pulled, just waiting on parts. I was told 8:30 - 8:45. At 10, the manager of the shop tells me the parts are not there. He calls the store, nobody had done anything about it. The store is 381 feet from the shop I was having the work done at. I walk down to ABC, and find out the parts were not pulled, nothing was done. I asked for a refund, which they gave me without a problem. No, were sorry, we messed up, no offer to reduce the price a little and deliver them now., nothing. It's like they could care less if they had my business. Meanwhile I'm paying 100 an hour to have my truck sit there. Called another autoparts store, was told 20 minutes to deliver them, they got there in 10. ABC doesn't need my business, that's fine. I will never buy or allow a shop to put anything on my vehicle from them ever.

Top-notch service and price. Called around and compared prices with the competition for a blower fan on a 2005 Chevrolet Impala. Straight shooters, these guys. Apparently you can spend as much as you have for a blower motor.

One of the best auto parts stores I’ve ever been too. The staff was so helpful especially that young sweet boy who was the crew chief.
