Kilos a good guy I bought 2 used tires and he did a great job and he had the best used tires I've seen in Longview and Kilgore. After I got home and I came out a few hours later I seen one of the tires was flat so I went back and he looked at it and it was actually my valve stem leaking so he put a new o ring and put the tire back on didn't charge me either so thanks kilo for the great service it's hard to find now days.

Kilo, has a Wonderful expertise in Auto Mechanics. He can diagnose and repaired my vehicle without hesitation. In Addition, his shop rates are very, very reasonable. His kindness and easy going personality helped me through my worries of my truck’s mechanical problems. I was in a jam as far as transportation goes while he worked on my truck; he offered his personal truck to use for 3 days. Very disappointing experience at Kilo Tire Shop. I came in for a simple service and left with a dangerous problem. His son broke my lug nuts and the stud, leaving me with only three lug nuts on my wheel. Instead of taking responsibility, he claimed someone else caused the damage even though it happened right there. As soon as I drove away, my car started shaking and the tire began wobbling. I called twice for help, and both times he said he was busy and couldn’t do anything for me. This was not only unprofessional but unsafe. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this shop with their vehicle.
