These guys are really standouts in auto repair. I took my truck to have an oil change and they told me I needed to have the rear main seal replaced because I had an oil leak. I called Longview Diesel and Performance to discuss the issue and settled on a reasonable price and had my son drop off the truck for the appointment. The next day I received a call from LD&P and the salesman tells me he has good news, my rear main seal is not leaking and it is a hose from the vacuum motor, an easier and much less expensive fix and advised me of another small issue with my steering that they could fix all for $400 less than the original quoted price. This kind of integrity and honesty is almost unheard of these days. I will always bring my truck(2016 ford f250) here for service and highly recommend them for anyone else with a Diesel truck also.👍

52 days is how long Longview Diesel and Performance had my truck in their possession. Not once during that time did they ever reach out to me to update me on the status of my vehicle, after getting tired of waiting on a repair that should have been warrantied by LDP I went ahead and had the faulty component rebuilt elsewhere just to get my truck back. Even then, after I brought them back the rebuilt part I had to call multiple times before they answered the phone to find out my truck was ready to go. This place was originally recommended to me by a family member but due to my experience we will no longer be taking our trucks to Longview Diesel and Performance. Pictures on here is the “rebuild” they had done vs the one I sought out after I got tired of waiting.

Great experience! After years of bad experiences at the dealerships with our fleet of service trucks we decided to take one to LD&P. The decision came after the dealership took one in for diagnostics and told us they thought it was injectors but couldn’t promise that it would fix it. They quoted us $7000 for injectors and said it would take a whole fuel system if the injectors didn’t fix it($13000)We moved it from the dealer to LD&P and Nolan’s team had us back on the road for $3700 and the trucks running stronger than it has in a long time! Ended up just having to replace the pump. This will be our go too for now on!

Place is a joke don't waste your time they had my truck for days no updates when I called to check up on it they said it would be ready the next day and I showed up the next day and they still hadn't even started on it and still waited to get it back and got charged so they could check codes 🤦 Autozone does Better then this
