Poor communication skills, didn't deliver on the time frame that was set, gave excuses after excuses why vehicle was fix on their scheduled time. Wouldn't recommend this Auto Shop to NO ONE.. Poor Business Ethics

I called 2 weeks ago about getting my transmission rebuilt. He said they were busy and couldn't get to it till next week. So I call Monday and he says ya bring it. I said when will it be ready. He said they wouldn't be able to start on it till the next Monday so I said ok, I'll bring it in next Monday. He said that's fine. I have my wife go to drop it off this morning and she is told they had some work come in over the weekend so it would be next Monday before they could get to it. You are closed on the weekends so there is no way you should of had work come in before she showed up at 9am when you open. And even if you did I should have already been in line. Um no thanks, I was inline and needing it done. Took 2 min to call somewhere else, get a price, and told I'll start on it as soon as you can get it here and it will be done by Friday at the latest.
