I highly recommend this place! my ac decided to stop working with this heat! Ugh! I checked two places in Kilgore to get it fixed & they told me it was going to take more than a week for them to fix it & they didn’t give me details of what the problem was. I decided to check this place in lakeport. They were very busy but they took the time to help me because it was very hot & they fixed my air conditioner the same day. Also, they were very specific about what was happening to the car. Many places take advantage of women because we don't know about cars, but this place will explain exactly what's wrong with it! I highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you guys so much!!! :)

No experience really. Called on 7/2, spoke to a guy, and asked if they performed particular service (tune-up) and was told "Yes". They gave me a quote for $400 service plus parts. But when I asked how much it would be if I brought in my own parts. I was told they didn't entertain that kind of work they had other stuff to keep busy. Definitely a bad first impression of this company for sure!

Just left there after an emergency on a family trip. We are from Georgia (headed to Colorado) and had no idea where we were and what we were going to do. They jumped on it and helped us even though it was almost closing time. They would have been well within their right to shelve it until the next day, and draw it out and turn it into an expensive fix, but instead they spent about an hour helping me right from the parking lot, and refused to charge me or even accept a tip. This was such a major help as not only could it have been expense and inconvenient, but we are going through a very difficult time, and they helped as though they were family friends. May God repay these guys and bless them for being angels to my family as we were stuck out of town.

Our family was traveling and passing through the Longview area when our Suburban broke down. They got us in quick and got us back up and running. Couldn't believe how fast the turn around was and we were a unscheduled walk-in too! Price was great, incredibly friendly and understanding with our situation. Highly recommend them!
