I have purchased 3 Hondas over the last few years. I had always been treated fairly until yesterday. Tower Honda sends me emails all the time offering to purchase my vehicle. I finally went in and received a quote for purchase. I was told I could come back for the same offer if I didn't go over 100,000 miles. I went home and started shopping for another- found one, went to the bank and worked with the numbers I was given. I called Honda back and was told the manager would want to look at it again. I spent my day driving 100 miles and having someone follow me to the dealership. I was then offered over $3,000 less for the same vehicle. Salesman said, "there is some damage to your car". I said "yes it was there last month when I came in". He stated well the manager didn't see it last time. What? He drove the car and had given me an offer! He then stated "we were buying back cars last month and you probably should have sold it that day". Well, if I had been told to sell it that day and not that I could come back at a later time for the same price as long as I didn't go over 100,000 miles I certainly would have. I had put less than 1,000 additional miles but I did as he said. Wasted day and now have to sell somewhere else, look at a different value on a car, re-negotiate with the bank, ect. I will never buy another Honda or at least not from Tower Honda. Very poor custom service. And what is in my email this morning? An email that they want my car- come in and get a value!! What a joke!!!!

Extremely disappointed with Tower Honda. I bought a brand new HRV at the end of October 2025. Today, I woke up to fulfill a full day of things to do and places I needed to go, and a brand new car that would not start. After a friend came over and charged my battery to 100%, every time I tried to start it, the battery would drain to 25%. At 12:30pm, I had to call Roadside Assistance. They said someone would be there within 90 mins. I reached out to my sales person and was told that I would have a loaner when my car was dropped off. I finally get to Tower Honda at 4:24pm. It is now 5:24pm and I’m waiting. I was just told my service that, “battery failed.” (What a surprise!) I was told, after I got here that I would not be getting a loaner car, and the other concerns I mentioned to service department were excused/waved away. I was told by one of the Sales Managers of this State of Art Service Center. This is my first visit to the Service Center; my first impression, and I am so disappointed, frustrated, that all I can think is, “what have I done? THIS is the treatment I can look forward to for the next 3 years???” 12:15pm-5:32pm and counting-COMPLETE waste of my day, a brand new 3 month old Honda DEAD due to battery failure, and loaner car rescinded once at dealership, so another hour + and counting wasted.
