Called ahead for a quote on tires. The guy said the price was the "out the door price." Showed up 20 minutes later and they said they it was going to be $60 more than what I was just quoted! I got him to remove the warranty which dropped the price, but he refused to remove the charge for lifetime rotation!

Yes, it's convenient and about the same price it would cost for me to do it at home.The only negativism is it took two hour for an oil change and there was only one car ahead of me. I've had the same service that other stores not in longview, and it was much more pleasurable experience.

First time visit, today, 6/11/2016. I Was quoted $73 for a tire and then got charged $100 for it. Watched as the guy hot rodded my van in the back parking lot. Need less to say. ....I have a brand new $100 tire on a van that DOESN'T RUN NOW. Waited for over an hour in the hot Texas heat for help, to get home. Which should have only been a 15 minute drive home. They busted my muffler system and my motor started making a horrible knocking noise and completely shut down and died and won't start back up again. Had to have a friend tow my van back home. Now I'm without a vehicle because I went to Walmart to maintain my vehicle.

Besides not cleaning their hands before getting into my vehicle (with light beige interior) I have no complaints. I watch them like a hawk though. I scrubbed for hours trying to get the stains out of my truck, it worked somewhat but you best believe if it happens again I will not be leaving there until my truck gets detailed.

If you have a full day to waste and you don't want friendly customer service then go here! Guy outside obviously hates his job and rolls his eyes when talking to you. They diagnosed my completely bald tire as another issue. Drove down the road to discount tire and received friendly prompt service and my car is running smooth.

Just grabbed some supplies, the idiots working here are always rude and I'd NEVER take a vehicle there for service. Updated 06/08/2019 from 1 Star to 4 Star because an employee actually did approach me to politely ask if I needed any assistance finding anything and I replied no. After being left alone while selecting a new battery for my '88 Vette he noticed I was about to leave his dept and offered me a faster way to check out but I had some other items to grab and checked out at the front registers. Points given here for being friendly and helpful which is always a welcomed change.

Was going to get my tires replaced, but after waiting for 15 minutes without one person coming to check what I needed, I went to Big 5 Tire down the road... I've never been thrilled using Walmart for tires since they aren't beer efficient , but it was convenient when I needed to go shopping as well. After using someone else it's not worth the hassle

Went yesterday and there was literally nobody on duty. Today it took them a full 40 minutes with ours being the only car sitting in the bay to even get looked at. All it needed was a tire patch and rotation. Then it took another HOUR before we got the job done. Garbage service, lazy techs, questionable workmanship. Just go elsewhere.

I got to this Walmart to have 4 new tires put on my wife’s van. I arrived at 4:15 PM and I could tell they were very busy, but I decided to wait because the van really needed new tires. I was checked in and at 6:10 u received a text saying they were working on my vehicle. I looked into the shop and my vehicle was the only one they were working on. I waited and her I am at 10 minutes before 8 and I’m still waiting for them to finish. I’ve done tire work before and didn’t have the machinery they have, and two of us could take all fourteen days of it wheels off a vehicle, remove the old tires, put the new ones on, balance them, and mount them back on the vehicle in 45 minutes. I noticed the 2 guys working in the shop were in no hurry at all. Several times I looked out the window and they were just standing and talking instead of working.

Beyond happy with my experience. Brought back our battery after not even a year, they were quick to test it and let me know it was bad and they exchanged it (Yes, I had my receipt.) The auto care manager was wonderful and so were the others there in the auto care center. 10/10.

Absolutely horrible, went to get a tire fixed and was told that they can get me in. I go shopping come back and they said they can’t fix my tire because they have to have 2 people working on a car. More to that, I watched them change my oil change before and guess what… one person. Lazy liars.

These prices can’t be beat and almost everything they do has a warranty. It’s not like a typical tire shop where the guys get commission on how many vehicles they get done in a day. These guys are paid hourly so be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment. They all know what they are doing and all treat you respectfully.
