Absolutely the worst customer service in any establishment hands down. No one even looks at you when you come in. Employees avoid contact. And if you are ready to check out; good luck, they scatter like cockroaches in the light here. Have been here more than once and it is the same every time.

Anthony and Steven at the Marshall Avenue gave me the absolute best service today. Please trust them for your auto repair service. Snthony came and replaced my dead battery and fixed a broken wire connection. And on top of that the temperature is 97 plus with humidity. They went above and beyond. I’m so grateful.

Kory and Jeff helped me out big time today. But in general this location is always my first stop before heading to the mechanic. These guys are all super knowledgeable and will help try diagnose the issue. If they can’t perfectly diagnose it, they’ll walk you through several possible options and what you should expect to pay through and actual mechanic. If your worried about getting screwed by mechanics, come here first, learn about the issue and what it should roughly cost from a perspective of people who have nothing to gain from what they are telling you. They knew I likely wasn’t purchasing anything right then and there, and still took 30min or so to walk me through prices and options before I left so I know if I’m being toyed around at the mechanic. Great guys!

Huge shout out to Jeff Eads!!! I drive a Lincoln MKZ and the batteries are very difficult to take out . Another gentleman was going to change out my battery but I asked if Jeff could please stand by and assist. He clocked out ( I didn’t realize he was done with his shift ) , and helped get my new battery in. He stayed over an hour off clock to help. That is a true worker that should be respected and honored!!! He made no complaints. He deserves a raise ! I’ll be requesting for him. Great customer service!
