This is the slowest tire shop that I've ever been to. Been here 4 times and the shortest amount of time I've spent here is an hour and a half. Unless you have an entire afternoon to wait, go somewhere else. *Update* still here over an hour after this review That makes 4+ hours to do ONE tire repair

Fast service. But no nitrogen for your tires. You never have to worry about your tires going flat in winter when you have nitrogen. Really should have in Texas climate. Would have given them 5 stars

They were amazing! Kathy helped me with everything I needed. Raymond was super helpful too. They were able to pick me up with a shuttle, drop me off where I needed to be, then picked me back up to get my car. I had the best experience and it really didn't take long. Everybody was really nice and respectful. My tires are riding beautifully and the shaking I was dealing with is gone. I highly recommend them.

Great people from the service writers to the mechanics to the back office folks. You have to take the "knowledgeable and pleasant" test before coming to work here. (Kidding) But everyone passed their test here. Come here, male or female, and don't worry about getting taken advantage of. 12.20.24 I had my pick up worked on in Dallas using a poor quality of parts. When I brought it in to diagnose a pulsing issue in the brakes, it was apparent what the problem was very quickly. Parts replaced installed correctly no more dangerous pulse on breaking. Thanks guys!
