Employee Taylor is so lazy and he always said "I dont know" when I asked about my tire status. He blowed up the tire grarantee price from $10 to $100 per tire, that's so rude.

Very pleased with their service. They took care of me even though I did the appointment wrong initially.

The woman working in the garage was as rude as anyone I've met in a long long time. Everyone else was great, and the service was fast.

Worst customer service ever!! I had a flat tire with my babies and was looking for a little compassion being just a little air in my tire to make it home, but no I was just ignored and he tried to yell at me LOL!

Tommy was awesome. The rest of the auto center employees at this location were rude as hell. It was obvious that they see customers as an interruption to their personal business. Ask for Tommy. The rest of them suck, and it takes HOURS to get anything done here. Even with an appointment!

went in for 2 new tires, they told me it would be about 1.5 hours. they were done on time, car was waiting for me when I got done shopping. the manager came out to verify my tires were installed correctly, and torqued right. they even cleaned up inside my car. EDIT** since the purchase of the Douglas tires, Im not happy with them, the first week you could see "ripples" in the side walls. second week 3 of the 4 tires keep going flat, thats with tire plugs and green goop in them, pulled them off had patches put on, still leak. tires are what I paid for them, cheap

It took 2 and a half hours to get an oil change bc everyone in the auto center wanted to stand around making fun of customers instead of actually working, they skipped our car and did the 2 that were behind us first, I’d be beyond embarrassed if these employees worked for me

I got a nail in my tire while in Longview visiting my mom on Mother's day. Their website state they were open until 7 pm. I raced over to their auto center, I arrived at 6:01 pm only to see their posted closure time was 6 pm on Sunday. The senior gentleman that greeted us was kind and extremely helpful. He said not to worry he would get it fixed for me. Due to where the nail was located they could not plug it, they had to replace the tire. He explained the problem and then proceed to fix. Awesome guys. Thank you.

This location has let me down twice in the past 6 months. Great tire prices, but HORRIBLE customer service! I waited 2 hours when I originally bought my tires in February, and just waited another hour and a half to get them rotated & balanced. *Sad part of it was that I was the 1st customer in line. They blatantly lie when they tell you it will be 30-45 minutes. Nothing but excuses from an Employee on staff shortage for the past several weeks. Your better off dealing with a tire company no doubt!!

This particular location has the worst service I've ever seen for a Walmart tire center. Every time you show up here there's hardly anything going on in the shop but they always have 3 customers ahead of you. It should be easy to just get them to do a simple patch on your tire but there are always all these excuses why they cannot provide prompt service. The staff is always going on lunch or breaks and/or there's always at least 2 people who have called off according to them, leaving them swamped if they can't solve their staffing issues maybe they shouldn't be in business here.

Worst customer service I've ever had at any Walmart auto. I would give then zero stars if I could.. I arrived at 6:20pm. There was only 1 other car here. It was in the bay. No one came to my car to check me in. I waited in my car for almost 10 minutes. Then I walked around trying to find a tech, calling out "anyone here?".No answer. I went inside to the cashier. There was a man ahead of me paying for his tire. When it was my turn the female cashier asked me a bunch of questions about the car. It's a work fleet car. I didn't know all the answers. She then said she had to go talk to the tech. She came back and told me they were closing and could not get to my car. I said," I got here 40 minutes before closing. You were are open. I need the oil changed today. I want to speak to the manager." The male tech/manager came and told me they are not allowed overtime on Fridays. He said he couldn't do the oil change today.. I told him I want to speak to your boss. He told me his boss was not here. But he would do the oil change, but it would not be done till after 7:30pm. I told him,OK. I'll wait.". I shopped for a bit. At 7pm (their closing time) I returned to the auto center to wait. At 7:07pm, after closing, a MAN walks in looking to get a tire. No problem they say. Hummmm. REALLY!!! Just 30 minutes before, BEFORE closing time, there was no possible way they could get to my car. But now all AFTER closing time they can put a new tire on for him.Hmmmm. The tech/manager walks through. I stopped him asked how they could help the tire guy AFTER closing, but couldn't help me before closing? He said the tire guy talked to the manager and she approved it. Hummm. You mean the boss that you said wasn't here to talk to me??? I'm certain that none of this has anything to do with me being a female and the late customer being a male. Certainly not. Smh.

I don't usually use this Walmart for service needs but I was over that way so I made an appointment and pulled up while sitting there 3 employees looked right at me and not one person come over. No clear signage on what you need to do when you get there. Set there for over 30 mins. Will never go back to this Walmart service center.

I brought my car to the Walmart off of 4th St. to get a new tire. The front passenger tire had been compromised due to a bubble that was in the sidewall of the tire, and it needed to be replaced. Matthew was who initially got me checked in. As soon as I got there, I showed him the evident issue with the tire. He stated he wasn’t sure if it would need to be replaced and said they could possible just “patch it up and treat it as a flat”- which is exactly what they did. Mr. Marvin is the worker who was repairing this compromised tire. I was then charged $18 for a patch job when the whole tire needed to be replaced!! I expressed my concern that I still didn’t feel safe driving on the road back to Dallas. They stated they did not see a bubble and pretty much gas-lit me the entire time. I even had them look at the tire again before I left and had them touch the area where there was a bubble. They stated it was fine and not a big deal and was safe to hit the road!! So the next morning I brought my car to the Wal-Mart off of Gilmer Rd. and they couldn’t believe what I explained to them. They immediately took care of the situation and replaced my tire. They were great and very helpful.

Came just to get my tires relearned that I had rotated at another store. One car in the bay and three people in vicinity said that it would take several hours just to use the TPS tool to relearn my tires.

Came here to get some new tires, dropped off my vehicle and got a call later that they could not remove the wheels from the vehicle and so they could not replace my tires. Their mechanic lied right to my face and told me it was because the lug bolts were swollen and some were cross threaded. When I got my vehicle home I was relieved but also extremely irritated to find that I was able to remove every lug bolt with just a ratchet and there were no cross threaded, siezed, galled, or swollen bolts. They put their power tools on it and it didn't work so they lied to me to avoid an extra 3 minutes of labor it would've took to use hand tools instead. Also found they forgot to tighten a lug and lucky I went over their sloppy work. These guys have no business working on your vehicle, go somewhere else.

This review is regarding the Auto Care center. I had an oil change at this location and they added windshield cleaner to my vehicle. Typically everything goes well however this is the first time at this location to get an oil change. I would warn about the windshield wiper fluid they put in vehicles. They put a fluid in my vehicle that smelled like sewer and came out like a white milky substance. It had some type of oil in it. When using the windshield wipers the substance not only got on my windshield but also on the paint of my vehicle including the driver side and passenger side glass making it hazy and very difficult to see out of. When I went to the car wash the attendant asked me what happened to my vehicle's glass and why they could not see through it. I informed them of what happened. Beware of what they are putting in your vehicle. I called the store to see if there's any way they can help with compensating me for what I need to do next which requires me to spend time or pay someone to clean out or replace the reservoir for my windshield wiper fluid. In addition I need to rewax my vehicle and detail it properly to remove the oily substance from the paint without ruining it. They inform me there is nothing they can do and I would have to take it up with corporate. Customer beware, if they will not take ownership of what they do to your vehicle then kindly ask them not to put their products in your car. This is very disturbing as a consumer. Perhaps it's time to find a better place to serve as my vehicle.
