I had a fabulous experience at NTB. It was my first time using them. They were nice and the building was clean. My oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. I’d definitely go back for more services. I like how they recommended services such as a change of cabin air filter etc but they didn’t bring it to me. Like I hate when companies do that. But overall I had a great experience.

Went in to get a tire alignment for my sister's car. The staff was SUPER friendly and VERY helpful. The car went right in and they got to work on it. They made sure I was kept up to date with the progress while I sat watching Andy Griffith and drinking coffee. I can't say enough about how great the staff was and their efficiency. Whenever I need help, I'm going back there!

Overall I had a very good experience having my crown vic worked on it's extremely hard to find a trustworthy shop to work on your vehicle and not be ridiculously expensive but I truly recommend them all around. The man who greeted me in shop was very respectful and made sure I was aware of everything he was doing shook my hand beginning and end. Bryan was the employee's name and definitely because of him and his customer service I will return and recommend to anyone. 5 star without a doubt. Thank you all for your service.

Rare mechanic open on a Sunday - and I'm glad they were. My truck was getting worse by the minute on a failing wheel bearing and was not safe to drive. Could have caused a serious accident at worse or left me stranded at best. I brought it in for a quick diagnosis and they were there for me and kept me safe so I could call and get a ride home and leave the truck parked. Wound up opting to do the work myself but these guys are the real deal. Brian the mechanic and Charlotte at the front desk took great care of me. Highly recommended

I recently changed a few parts on my wheels and my tires which usually requires you to get an alignment afterwards, so I took my car up there to get that taken care of. They hooked my car up and let me know that I actually didn't need one and even showed me the measurements. They could have charged me for an alignment and I would have never been any wiser. Very honest people and I'll definitely go back.

Bryan and Charlotte were lifesavers for me yesterday. I was driving from Shreveport to Dallas with 3 dogs in the car on a Sunday afternoon. Outside of Longview, I unexpectedly hit a big tire on the highway and tore the undercarriage of car creating a horrific noise while i drove, risking serious damage. Being a Sunday, everything was closed. Someone recommended I call NTB- Mavis on Eastman. When I called, they were the very few that actually answered the phone! They were a godsend during at a very scary side-of-the-highway emergency. Bryan had it fixed in about 5 minutes, while Charlotte made a fuss over my dogs. I am so thankful and appreciative of the generosity and kindness they showed in my hour of need. If I could give them 10 stars, i would!!
