After a 2 hr drive we stopped at Jaggers….had a flat….called Firestone because they were across the parking lot….but they would even attempt to help!!! Called Texas Tires and even though they don’t actually offer mobile service…..they were willing to send a guy to help us out. When you’re stranded 2 hrs away from home with a 4 & 5 year old…..small things like this make a world of difference to a customer!!!! ATABOY TEXAS TIRES!!!!

Was headed to my dad's from kilgore and there was a gentleman broke down with a shredded tire. I stop to check on him and his tire was in bad shape. Long story short these guys helped out in such a major way and helped this gentleman be able to drive his vehicle again. They paid it forward in a time of need.Very very nice and professional. came here because they were recommended by a friend, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I brought my tire in for a leak repair, and instead of properly patching the tire where the leak was clearly marked, they put black sealant between the rim and the tire… The tire continued leaking air immediately afterward .. When I called to explain the issue, I was told that what I was saying “didn’t make sense,” which was frustrating and dismissive considering the problem started right after their repair, I haven’t never had problems with this tire or any of my wheels recently, and it is the same tire lol You can literally see where the leak was marked on the tire, yet it was never actually fixed… I’ve never had this issue before.. Being told that the situation “doesn’t make sense” instead of them taking responsibility or offering to check their work is very unprofessional, and it also does not make sense to me either.. I trusted this shop based on a recommendation, but unfortunately the service did not match that reputation and I will not be back. I wish I could have given less stars!

I bought my truck and drove it straight to Texas Tire without an appointment to have the front leveled. Not only did they give me a great deal, but they also went above and beyond with their customer service. They drove me to my office while the work was being done and even coordinated with a local mobile tint company to get my windows tinted while the truck was already there. The service and communication were absolutely awesome!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO TEXAS TIRE IN LONGVIEW TO GET A LIFT KIT INSTALLED. I took my truck there last week and they did a 7 inch rough country lift on it i payed everything cash and I bought everything through them they took a whole week to get my truck done when they told me it would be done the next day in the morning the day I was told to go pick it up I got to the alignment shop and my 4 wheel drive drive shaft was just hanging there not connected I had also just put new cv axles on my truck and they ripped both boots on both passenger and driver side I bought brand new rough country control arms to go with the lift it’s been a week and the boots on the ball joint are all ripped up, the crossmembers front and back ones were all loose the back one had the nut about to fall off the bolt on both of them, I was missing a rack and pinion bolt, it would move the whole rack and pinion when I would turn. Where the control arm connects to the spindle it wasn’t even tight on driver and passenger side the tire rod end on the passenger side was also just loose I took the truck back yesterday to get the bolt installed on the rack and pinion cause I couldn’t buy it no where they put one in and by the time I got home it was missing the bolt again they also told me they retorqued every bolt on the suspension, as I am typing this I’m currently tightening almost every bolt to the suspension cause it was not all retorqued like they said I tried to give them the chance to do things right the second time and they didnt. I don’t like the work they did and do not recommend them. Missing grease fittings and from the start your employee told you that we were gonna need different struts you then said nah man we’re gonna make it work don’t worry about it
