Texted he was coming and never showed up. How incredibly unprofessional. Made an appointment and followed up the next day with a text to ask what time he'd be heading my way so I could be home. Texted back he had no idea. Then called and said he didn't even have me scheduled... SMH...Said he'd "make it somehow"... He texted me at 2:30 that day saying he was on his way. Never saw nor heard from him again... Kinda glad because it sure seems like this individual is highly disorganized and clearly unprofessional.

Same same, would not install water heater unless I bought it from him. He charged $1,200 for a tankless unit on sale for $600 on Atwood’s site. He installed ( I helped) it didn’t work, came back to troubleshoot, seemed I was being a terrible bother for asking him to come back. After unit was indicated to be malfunctioning, he ordered a part and disappeared. Getting him to assist or work with me trying to get a return was beyond painful. Poor customer service poor communication I will be contacting the RV center that recommendation came from

We have owned 2 campers/rvs over the last 6 years and Lyle's Mobile RV Service had taken care of both of them. He is honest and his charge for coming to your house to fix a problem is less than places you have to take the camper for repair. Lyle is an excellent technician, does a great job finding out the problem and fixing it. We had a refrigerator stop working on a trip, tried to get it repaired when we were out of town, but it was going to take 5 days. The service company gave us the diagnosis so we could have it fixed when we got home. I shared the diagnosis with Lyle and it was not the problem at all. He found the problem in the wiring and saved us a lot of money. A year later the refrigerator is going great. I have recommended him to several friends and all of them have been happy with his service. Glad to have an honest, knowledgeable, and dependable mobile person to work on our RV.

Few months ago he came to reseal rv roof, immediately after we had a leak which led to wood rot and mold. Came by again to check his work, told us everything was good. Said built up moisture was from a lose sink drain, found out it’s actually a water tank issue. An unused sink wouldn’t be leaking. Anyways $1000+ later, water damaged rv. Lovely. It’s easier to learn how to do it yourself if you’re able bodied. Also not a great listener. Told him water was off due to toilet seal needing to be replaced, turned the water on, „I didn’t know the toilet wasn’t connected.“

Absolutely the only person I will let touch my fifth wheel. I've had him out four times now for different things, each unrelated to each other, and he has been reliable, affordable, and effective each time. also has been very thorough in communicating to me the issue and how he affected the repair. I cannot say enough of how happy I am to have found Lyle.
