We were really dreading the repair process for our vehicle after it was stolen. We had already been through a nightmare of trying to get our vehicle back and all the things that go along with a stolen vehicle. I am so happy that I picked Caliber on the loop in Longview. Mike was our contact. He kept me up-to-date even when I didn’t expect an update one would pop up on my phone. He provided dates for completion of certain areas of work and then he met or exceeded that date. There was never any question too small or too big or any request too small or too big that he didn’t take care of 100%. In the future if I need any auto work, they will be my first and only choice.

This Caliber Collision is the most competent, courteous, and *fastest* body shop I have ever had experience with- from the kind ladies in the office and at the front desk to the service manager to the guy who drove me to get my rental, everyone was amazingly helpful and friendly. I was constantly updated (every other place I’ve ever used I’ve had to call constantly to find out what was happening!!), & they always beat their estimated time of completion. When I had trouble after I left, they rented me a car at *their* cost, and even when it turned out to be not related to the accident damage, they did not request compensation for that. You just don’t find that kind of service anymore- & I definitely didn’t expect it from a chain operation.This is definitely the body shop I will be using going forward- they operate like a family owned business, that’s the best way that I could describe it. (bonus- in my experience, when I pick up my car from a body shop it’s always filthy- not here- squeaky clean!!)
