I had the tire indicator come on due to low temps. This has happened before, so off to the gas station I went to add air. Iβm not sure what went wrong (Iβve done this a million times), but I couldnβt get the air in. Plus it was cold and raining, so I was just getting more and more frustrated. A friend recommended Big 5, so I went there, where they got me squared away in less than five minutes without any issues. And they checked to make sure it really was me fighting the air machine and not a slow leak. Fantastic service!

If youβre in need of new tires or need your car serviced or repaired I highly recommend the Big 5 on Tyler St. in Longview. They are under new management and making big changes. I went in for a tire repair and the tech actually used a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts when replacing the wheel instead of an air impact wrench. That is the first time Iβve ever seen someone actually put the wheel on any vehicle to the actual torque specifications. Super happy customer here.

I came in at 7am 11/11/23, Mr Sergio welcomed me with a great attitude ready to help me repair my truck with a deadline of 130pm, we discussed the problems i was having with my work truck and Mr William the mechanic did a thorough inspection of my truck and found out everything we needed to know. We made a decsion to repair the steering, suspension, and u bolts. Sergio found me the best parts for the job while i made friends with Mr Will. I returned from lunch to meet Mrs Caitlyn who was also very helpful with a great attitude. I was very happy with the work and customer service provided, i will be visiting this location again. Thank you very much guys and gal. 11/26/23 I brought my truck back to Big 5 on Tyler St and they exceeded my expectations again, working long hours and doing quality work. ordering the right parts and installing them with some extra fabrication to make them work properly. Mr William did a great job and went the extra mile to get me back on the road. im very happy with the results and appreciate the hard work and great customer service all around. Thank you again. Jan 2024 I was having issues with my wifes 2012 Honda Odssey the timing needed to be done badly as is recommended at this mileage, and it had a steering pump leak. A new project for Sergio and Will with no issues and they did an awesome job and returned my vehicle in great working order. February 2024 Recently visited Big 5 to have My wifes van needed rear pads and rotors and a small oil leak repaired. Sergio and Will did a great job, as i have come to expect from the Tyler St location. March 1 Thank you again Mr Will did an awesome, thorough mechanic job on my FICM, Wiring, Turbo, and exhaust repairs. Mr Sergio and Mr Roberto are very Respectful, Friendly, and Curtious. Danny was amazing!! We were headed to Florida from Dallas and got a nail stuck in the tire. 6:30am we pulled into his lot and waited until they opened. He was able to give us a tire with no charge. What a blessing, and we will most definitely be back for more service!

I am not an influencer, but this place rocks. Alex, Luis and Zuriel are the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have ever met. Even though I was there from about 7:30 to about 2pm. It wasnβt their fault, I had a lot of problems with my car. One of the men, was kind enough to give me his lunch, thank you sir. They all treated me with dignity and kindness and respect. Sergio at Big Five on Tyler street is very professional and pleasant. This company is definitely my go to for alignment and oil changes so far. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job. Fast forward a month- not only can they handle tire related issues, but also replace spark plugs and clean up intake/exhaust systems. The environment here is stress free and Sergio once again provided excellent customer service and explained exactly what they could do and the cost. Affordable and reliable! April 2024- needed back brakes and everything was done in a timely manner with a the consistent customer service I have received every time here! Job well done!

Stopped at this shop to have my coilovers looked at and check on an alignment. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to take care of my car right then.
