Great price on all tires, and not just name brand their point of sale is quality customer service, and price. They stand 💯% behind all work, and or sales!!! They will always be there for you after the sale, and never charge for air, or for plugging a tire!!! You would be hard-pressed to find anyone in Longview who would do that, but you will find everyone else in Longview charges $2.00 for air, and $10.00 to plug your tire. Thanks to everyone at Tidwell for putting us the customer first‼️

So hard to find honest businesses but Tidwell Tire Center is one. Took my vehicle in to have the brakes replaced. Instead of just replacing the brakes, they told me the brakes did not need to be replaced but asked about what was happening that made me think they did need replacing. I so appreciate the way they do business.

If you're taking your vehicles anywhere other than Tidwell Tire, you're missing out. The pricing is fair, the service is fast, the quality of work is top notch, and above all else, the employees are extremely friendly, honest, and accommodating. Whether it's my wife's Lexus, my weekend racecar, or my light duty diesel truck, they always take fantastic care of my vehicles. I have been using Tidwell for years and the service and pricing has always exceeded my expectations. If you're in need of their services, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

After working from home for a couple of years and neglecting my truck, I finally took it to Tidwell Tire Center for multiple issues that needed attention. Not only did they fix all those issues but they also noticed that one of my battery terminals was corroded, so they took the time to make that right as well. Most probably saved me from going through a “surprise.” That’s a good example of the detail and customer care that has kept me coming back for decades. The work was done in a timely manner and for a fair price. I would highly recommend going by to see them for any of your tire, alignment, or brake issues. Thank you to Trip and all the crew for always taking care of our needs and treating their customers so good!

I travel all over the country and had my fair share of mechanics wanting to take an advantage, but when I went to Tidwells because I had hit a pothole, and I was concerned about my brakes and my front end, Mr. Tidwell promptly called me back. We set an appointment time for me to be there. He called me the next day just to confirm that I would be there. So I left my truck with them. They called me about 4 or 5 hours later, saying that they could not find anything at all wrong with it And basically they were just as nice as they could be about everything and when I left there I had the confidence knowing that my truck was thoroughly checked out and I should not have any issues. Thanks to them for that. Thanks for the lady that was waiting on me when I went to pick it up super nice and a great bunch of people I would recommend anybody going there. I believe you can trust them. I will go back for all my service work.

REALLY friendly staff, and when you make an appointment, they are prompt and thorough. Alignments require an appointment, but it is worth it, the price is not unreasonable either! Got to me early, and did not take more than 30-40 min. Highly recommend!

I walked in early with my rear left tire as flat as a pancake & a morning full of scheduled appointments — the last thing I needed or wanted to deal with was a flat tire. My husband and I took the Denali to Tidwell Tire Center, for an oil change. Tidwell Tire Center is very clean and well-maintained. It's chilly inside due to excellent air conditioning, on this rainy August afternoon. The restrooms are clean and stocked. The large, free parking lot is clean and well-maintained. Recommended!

I’ve taken my vehicle here for many many years and the past 3 times I’ve been they have scratched my rims up. I went this morning to drop my car off to get service and when I went back and pick up my vehicle my rim is scratched up once again. I asked when I dropped my car off to make sure nothing happens to my rims. I got back to pick my car up and there is scratches and the owner himself told me he would fix it and I wasn’t allowed to bring my vehicle back. I know I am not the only vehicle with black rims that goes here. I do not recommend this place and will not be back.

Very nice people i go here for my work van because I work in Longview like them so much on my day off, I live 80 miles away, I drove my truck there to have some work done. Keep up the good work, it shows good customer service will carry a business threw bad and good economy's. Build it and take care of your customers and they will come and take care of you!
