Royal has done several oil changes for me over the last few months. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The techs are skilled at their craft. The atmosphere is relaxing with a comfortable waiting area complete with snacks! The service prices are very reasonable and I plan to continue using the many services they offer going forward. If you haven't been there yet to get your vehicle serviced, you really need to give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

I purchased 4 new Cooper Road & Trail tires. Had a little vibration because one of them was defective. This is a rare occurrence. They upgraded me to Toyo Open Country AT3’s and took care of me. This place is great. Customer service this OUTSTANDING is unheard of nowadays. I got them to replace my rear brake pads as well. They had to resurface a rotor. They did excellent work and I can not overstate how happy I am with every aspect of Royal Tire & Offroad. Trust me, this is the place to take your vehicle for tires and mechanical services. I highly recommend them. You’re in good hands with these guys. 10/10. 5 stars all the way around. They are going to treat you like family.

Had a few rough country parts installed. They did a fantastic job. Even though it took them a little longer than expected, because it was something they hadn't installed before, they did a great job and I am very happy. And they took very good care of me since it did take longer than normal. They felt really bad and made up for me having to wait. Will be a forever customer. They were very professional even though I got a little upset with the time it took. But they explained why it took so long and I understood.

They got me in and out and even though it was just a rotate and balance, my jeep hasn’t driven this good in a long time!!! It’s local places like this that make the difference in taking your vehicle anywhere. It’s kinda like that other off road place, except Royal cares about their customers and they know what they’re doing!!!!

Nice waiting area filled with snacks and drinks while watching their big screen TV! Had a slight hiccup not there fault issue was my truck, it was handled quickly and without fuss! If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. These guys are absolutely the best with everything. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Came in with a set of wheels and I needed help to figure out what I could run for tires without rubbing. Found the right size, best part was they made sure the size I was looking at would work first before I bought them. I will most definitely be coming back to this store 1,000% recommend these guys.

I brought my car in for an Oil Change. The way the staff treated me was just great. Made me feel that we were all great friends. A few weeks later I brought my car in for a relatively minor issue. The technician informed me I had a serious fuel pump problem. Again they were friendly and professional. I am very particular about who works on my Classic Car. ROYAL TIRE is now my mechanic for life.
