This tire shop is awesome! I brought in my 2012 Camry with my spare wheel and a broken stem valve on my main wheel. The guys immediately knew how to fix it and I was in and out in a breeze. I will be going back for other repairs when I need them. Definitely recommending this shop to friends and family. Great work you guys. Thanks!

I went there Wednesday evening with a flat tire decided to do all four tires. And although they were fast and reasonable, it was unacceptable that I left with my tire not completely fastened to my car. I made it two blocks before the tire came half off if I did not own my own Lug wrench I would’ve been screwed or had I not realize something was wrong something far worse could’ve happened. I went back to the shop. They did admit their wrong but no manager owner was available when I called multiple times. I keep getting the runaround. I find the unprofessionalism at its highest so now I’m leaving a review so your owner can see this you know exactly which car it was and I’m getting really ticked off $380 for my life to be in jeopardy because you couldn’t take an extra five seconds to make sure the Lugnuts were put on properly. SPEED SHOULD NOT PRIORITIZE OVER SAFTEY EVER!!!!

So around June this year I got two tires from this place and recently I had to change my brakes cause they was going bad I wanted to address this was the last place I got tires from before everything went down hill cause when trying to change my brake pads I struggled to remove the lug nuts that joes tire tightend and due to them over torquing my lug nut it snapped off great work for what I paid now I’ll need to pay more out of pocket due to it being the locknut that broke and need to get it drilled out.

I have been here way more times than I should. The tires are so affordable, especially when your money is tight and you need your car for work. Very efficient. I'm always in and out in 15-20 minutes. Seriously I don't know what I'd do if Joe's tire wasn't available when my tires blew out in winter last year. Edit: it's been over 5 years and they're still the best in the area, I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Very polite workers but they didn’t notice that my wheel had a lot of “play”. I went back to find out what was wrong. Because the second I put the new tires on I had issues. Come to find out it was my ball joint. But I went to another tire place and they told me what was wrong. They noticed as soon as they went to go tighten my lugs.

Called Joe’s asking to have a new set of wheels & tires put on from a different company that were verified to fit my civic before shipment. Showed up for installation and the woman that was working on my car test fit one wheel and said I needed longer studs or I’d leave there with my tires/wheels falling off down the street, because there wasn’t enough thread to go around. She said the longer lug nuts that came with the wheels would make no difference and sent me on my way. I left frustrated, but respectfully said thanks for your honesty and went on my way. I decided to try another place before sinking money into studs. Went to A/H tires to get a second opinion and they put everything on without a problem. Almost a month later and no issues what so ever. Joe’s either didn’t have the necessary equipment and/or knowledge/experience to get the job done. Not cool.

Gone here whenever I needed a replacement tire or a plug. They are very kind and unlike other mechanics they are NOT condescending or inconsiderate based on your knowledge of cars or what may be the issue. They work quick and effectively, they are friendly and I was in an out for a screw in my tire in under 10 minutes

This establishment is usually top notch. Never once had a problem coming here, until today. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in today at 4:30pm because I had a decent size nail in my tire. They closed at 5pm and refused my service. It's a Friday you had 30 min to do a at the most 15min job. I have 2 children that go in my vehicle and I couldn't depend on this company today.
