I got out of work and discovered that I had a flat tire. The nice lady I talked to sounded very concerned about my situation. I unfortunately don't remember her name. She was concerned about me possibly doing more damage to my tire if I drove it but unfortunately I had no choice. I eventually got my car to the shop and within an hour my car was finished. I just got done working night shift so they were very accommodating to me and allowed me to leave my car there until after I got done sleeping. Great customer service and very courteous people.

Bill always does a great job with my tires and wheels. It’s close to my home, so I don’t have to drive all the way to the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Fayetteville, and their staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend!

They care about you and they care about your vehicle. I needed 4 new tires and possible alignment. They not only did that, they discovered my engine air filter was filthy. It was supposedly changed less than 6 months ago. I would not have known that. I always took my car to my dealer. When I had my inspection they saw my oil was filthy. I had a coupon from ny dealer so took it there. This business is customer-oriented and extremely diligent. I will faithfully take my car there for any other service I need.

John's Auto Care made servicing the air conditioning system of my 2017 Pacifica simple. They used high tech diagnostic equipment (showing me photo and video results) to diagnose a leak in the rear refrigerant lines. They obtained parts, completed the repair, and recharged and retested the vehicle, all while needing the vehicle only 1 overnight. Everyone was courteous, prompt, detailed, and no pressure to make other optional repairs they identified. They will be my first choice for future needs outside my own skillset and/or equipment.

As usual, John's Auto Care gave excellent service. I love how they list the services I will need and when they should be done. Whenever there has been as issue after servicing, which has only been because I need to replace the rims on my tires, they have immediately taken care of any issue. I highly recommend their company for any vehicle repairs and general maintenance services. Thank you very much for taking care of the needs of my vehicle!

I appreciated the professional customer service by karen as well as the whole teams cheerful manner. I was there for a oil change, tire rotation, tire pressure sensor malfuntion and winter check of complete system. Karen had told me prior to my appointment that they could get all this done in an hour! I thought she may be exagerating as I have had vehicles serviced at other shops/dealerships and have had to wait an hour or more for just an oil change! I was pleasantly surprised when the staff did all this in an hours time! I also think your prices are very fair compared to other shops especially the Dealer. I have done some work myself with the help of a good friend-eg the brakes and exhaust system but it is refreshing to know that there is a local shop with staff I can trust to do the job right with reasonable prices as I need them! Please thank your whole team for a job well done!

Had a 3:30 pm oil change & tire rotation. After a few laughs with the service writers, I plopped down in the waiting room. I don’t think I was even there an hour. I was in & out — no fuss, no muss. This was my first time going to the Milton Ave. location, after getting a TPMS monitor fixed on my Camry at their Brewerton Rd shop. It doesn’t matter which location. They’re great, and they’re getting all my routine maintenance business from here on out!!

This is the second time John’s has saved our biscuit. Both times were for inspection and not only did they not say you had a year to prepare but they fit us in quickly, with no judgment.🤣 Then, my husband had an appointment for Monday morning. With the storm coming we were going to drop it off Sunday. John happened to be plowing at the same time. He had Mic pull his truck into one of the bays. I got John’s name from friends and I will also give his name to anyone needing an auto shop.

Bill was a great help suggesting what should be done, it was obvious that Bill was more worried about getting me back on the road in a fiscally responsible manner, rather than just throwing money at a problem in hopes that it fixes the issue. The folks in the front office were also friendly and attentive.
