I went here for a engine light check and the owner acted like it was a crime to not get it done there, obviously I understand being upset. But I will avoid this place for the way he acted when I said I would work on it myself. Rude service and I'm sure they will try to suck you dry of your money.

Old men won't pass inspection SUV for tinted tail lights. Never had a problem before I took my suv here. If your under 50, stay out!

Nothing about this place was up to par at all. Brought in my car one night after a break down on a snowy night. It stayed there for 3 whole days. Not one call. I had to make all of them myself. In 3 days, they never even checked on the car to figure out the problem, let alone work on it. Would never come here If you are under 50 years of age.

Wonderful place to get work done, great mechanics and hospitality. Also most of these reviews are trash and written poorly. Obviously they aren't aware that New York state has a sales tax. Also that cheap parts break down fast, and that's why they aren't sold at this automotive shop. So if you want work to be done correctly and with top of the line products, then come here.

These negative reviews sound like they're posted by competitors. Owning my own business I'm familiar with this tactic being used by the competition. The owner here is the most honest mechanic I've ever dealt with. Some of these claims are impossible to be true, having done business here for years and reccomending them countless times. If you have some extra cash that you don't want take your car to a big national chain. If you want your parts and labor done for the most reasonable rates in the area go to Sorenson's

Excellent service. Fair and honest. Bought tires from Mr. Tire & was told I needed new brakes, so I had them put them on. Then, when I went back 5,000 miles later for tire rotation, they said "you need new brakes." So, I knew they are liars and won't do business with them again. Sorenson's was honest with me about my brakes, and I'd rather pay them to rotate from now on than get the "free" rotations from Mr. Tire. Will take all my business to Sorensen's from now on.

I am very happy with the new tires, and alignment service they provided. When I brought my car in, I thought I only needed that two rear tires replaces, but after they looked at how worn my front two were, they recommended I replace all 4. I didn't want to spend that much money, so they worked with me, and I stepped down to a less expensive tire, but was still able to buy all 4. Nice people, and great service.

Gone there for years. Usually a great environment but today he was very rude and condescending. Not sure why because I’ve been bringing cars there for years. They do good work and are usually very hospitable but I can’t in good conscience spend money where I don’t feel valued. 5 stars for prior visits. 1 star for today. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but I hope they get over whatever the problem is. Today was unbelievable Edited** had work done recently by these guys. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. And one bad day in 10 years isn’t bad. This has to be in contention for one of the best shops in the area. Honest, honest, honest, thorough, and had me in and out. These are really good people. Highly recommend

I only needed a new starter on my Dodge Charger R/T. AAA recommended them. The day after I dropped off the car I was told how much the part was and how much labor it would be (no run around). Very honest mechanic ( Chad i believe was his name) who was friendly and professional. I would recommend this shop to others and have work done there in the future.

I love this place! The only mechanic I trust, I even drive 30 mins away just to come here because I love this place so much. The mechanic there, Chad is very professional and knowledgeable. He will tell you exactly what you need with no BS. I have NEVER left there feeling ripped off. I like that they call beforehand to give you the exact price breakdown before they start service. They have fixed both of my cars and have been honest each and every time. Not trying to scheme me out of money for something I don’t need.
