My friend bought a car from loyalty auto 4600 dollars on a Chevy and these people sold her a lemon her transmission light pop up she didn't even have the car for a year and she started experiencing issues she lost all her money and the owner was very arrogant!!!DO NOT 🚫 BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY WILL ALSO ILLEGALLY SNATCH YOUR CAR if you sign there contracts READ THEM WITH A LAWYER!!!!

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE! they trash cant reach them ever I had a 2011 Buick lacrosse CXL for 7 months had to get a new battery and alternator out of pocket and the car stopped working 2 weeks later come to find out its my TRANSMISSION!! I will never recommend this shop to anyone they and they are NEVER reachable. I will be calling the people on them they need to be SHUT DOWN!

Loyalty Auto is disloyal I don't understand where to get the honesty from when they ripped me off on my 2011 Chevy equinox I gave him $4,000 in cash made three payments one of 150 for 3 weeks .and then $250 to get it back from them. Went back to pick up my Chevy after it being broke down and they had it hooked up to a machine at their shop they rigged up my mileage . my mileage just wasn't working any longer. They told me they can fix it for $1,600 and go half with me for the other day I felt like I shouldn't have to pay anything being that I had the vehicle for only 2 months the vehicle the vehicle was a lemon when they sold it to me and they passed inspection on it now when I return back to pick up my vehicle they tell me that they sold my vehicle illegally I have the vehicle with the title with no lien on it. Please do not purchase a vehicle from loyalty Auto they are rip offs and they are scammers

Loyalty auto never disappoints every time I had an issue with my Audi they have fixed it with pleasure. Staff is nice and the prices are affordable and on top of everything else the entire staff is knowledge savvy when it comes to my type of vehicle. I would highly recommend this business there time management is on point loyalty auto owes me nothing!
