They did a rustproofing undercoat and never shielded the gas tank sensor. Had to pay $700 for damages to get it fixed. Rick was too much of a d*^k to meet and discuss their error.

i've taken 2 corvettes over the last15 years a C5 replace and re-color damaged hood. a c7 when rear bumper was hit in a parking lot. they came out perfect! and i am fussy with my vets. now i am going to get a collector vet fully body works and complete paint. i know it will be a show stopper when done! great people with fair prices!

Rick is great at working with insurance adjusters and just recently, after my car was hit by a deer, I picked it up sooner than I expected and not only was the exterior like new - the interior was, too! Best garage I've ever been to. Each interaction I had - in person and over the phone - was so great. Jake was straightforward, efficient, and knowledgeable. He even remembered I went on vacation to the Adirondacks. I needed help with a dent in my car and now it looks like it was never there, plus the cost was lower than I'd expected. Also, Jake patiently helped me with a paint peeling issue (Honda recall) and finished everything a week earlier than I'd expected. As a female, I've mostly had negative experiences at dealerships and garages, and I am happy to report that Rick's Garage is super customer-friendly.
