Break Stuff And Not Tell Ya, Give A List Of Stuff Ya Didnt Ask About And Never Fix Actual Problem. Changed Bearing, ABS LIGHT Comes On, Not Plugged Properly. Knock Sensor Put In Wrong Hole And Slides In And Out. Shorted Stereo Out. List Goes On Forever

Very rude and unprofessional employees. Poor customer service. Bunch of people hunging around doing nothing . They leave you sitting inline for too long and job doesn’t get done well. I wish I could give 0 stars... I don’t recommend this place to anybody

Unprofessional poor service in my opinion this was my second time coming and it’s been 4 years in between since I came to get something done thinking it would be different smh..besides getting gas I guess you gotta know someone that know someone there to get a certain type of service smh dead wrong and never again. Prices maybe reasonable but I rather pay someone that actually give some type of care especially if it’s a family business.. shouldn’t have to bring a man if your money spends just the same as a women.... tight I dnt even care to right reviews period but naw....

Dirty, uncomfortable place to be at. Just go to a good car shop if you’re looking for car work. The gas pumps don’t have credit card access, like are we in 1990 orrrr? I’d rather have my car break down than go here again. Staff is rude also.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Probably the worst place I’ve ever spent my money. I think being extremely rude and unprofessional is required to work here. Had to go buy my own parts and when I picked my car up they said I needed another part. They could have called and told me that, so I could go get it, and have it fixed. I will NEVER ever return here!

25$ per bolt to get off.? Ridiculous. Just say you don’t want to do it or just say u don’t hve the time lik the other mechanic shops. Jus to get the bolt off for me to get my spare on. Never again.

Horrible experience here. Old, creepy guys just hang around for no reason and the staff isn’t too much better. Charged me $15 to replace my hubcaps. The guy doing it was rude and dirty. He told me in the middle of doing it that I bought the wrong hub caps, he put the old ones back on and still charged me $15 for 4 minutes of “labor”. Don’t go to this place. Go to an actual car shop or just do it yourself.

Called to schedule an appointment for the next day only to get to the shop and find out the mechanics were overbooked and they couldn't fix my vehicle. Disapointed I just scheduled for the next morning. Dropped my vehicle off at 8AM this morning after being inconvenienced all day being without a vehicle and wasting money taking an uber I found out the mechanic didn't actually start working on my vehicle until 3PM this afternoon! I was called to pick it up close to 5PM. I decided to give a second star only because the price was affordable however I will not be returning and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know! Highly unprofessional and the staff are rude!

For all the people that complained about Mod's, take your business and you complaining self elsewhere. He was the best car dealer in the surrounding area. He made you get your car parts in order to save you money. Next time, take your self to Drivers village and then come back with comparisons. Ha,ha! 😂
