Although I used to use this shop a few years back I am disgusted on how long it took to get a simple job done. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Although I have recommended them before. I retract that recommendation. New workers not the same shop.

Recently had work done at this establishment and my experience was wonderful. They quoted me 500 and due to a part malfunction had to buy a more expensive part and did not charge me for the new piece. Very aappreciateive and reccomend 100%.

Seemed like a good place at first. My car rattled when they were done. They couldn't keep my appt to fix it. The GM seems real fed up with life and it shows in his customer service or lack there of.

Don't bother making an appointment. Walk ins are always taken in front of appointments regardless of current wait times. Made an appointment for 1pm. Showed up 5 minutes early. The manager then told me that there were 4 people in front of me so I had better be ready for a long wait. After asking what the purpose of the reservation was, he actually told me that was just to get people in the door. Those appointment times do not impact any walk ins. It's always first come first serve.

This has to be the most honest, courteous auto shop I’ve ever been to, hands down. They are solely interested in getting your vehicle to a safe and acceptable repair, and upsell nothing every time I’ve been there. I won’t go anywhere else!

Terrible customer service. Grumpy from the start, and didnt tell me over the phone when i made the appt that the service was going to be double the price because they dont do the original requested service. They also didnt tell me they could only do one of the two services requested until I got there with my car because the inspector isnt there that day of the week. They were, however, happy to schedule me for the 2 original services without saying anything . The inspection was the main reason I made the appt so I was pissed. I was so frustrated that I left the car and let them do the one service, and fully regretted it, but I was over it. This seems like a VERY VERY shady business practice. They also never called me to let me know my car was done. I had to call and ask about it, and at that point the one guy who was working on the vehicles that day claimed they didnt have my car. They decided to check again and found it in the back of the lot. I wish the people were at least friendly. If I had good customer service id still be upset but at least id feel like id be giving my money to better people. Never going back.

Ended up on the side of the highway because one of my tires blew out. Had my car towed right to Cole Muffler/Mavis Tire, called ahead and by the time I got there I was in the system and set up ready to go. I could not have received a better deal for replacing all four tires, mounted and balanced. They were amazing. I spoke with Kevin and the store manager (didn’t catch his name), both very kind and got my car in and out in a timely manner. Provided great service!

Took my daughter's car in on a Sunday afternoon because the brakes were in bad shape. Got there around 2pm & explained the situation. Their system had just gone down, so they couldn't do the usual check-in, but they still took the car in and took care of the problem. The crew was professional, kind, and very competent.

Last week I started hearing a rattling under my car. I was told I could bring it in the same day I called for them to assess the issue and schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was able to get the issue fixed fast. Mark helped me and made the whole experience very easy!
