I went in there last night before they closed in a panic my car was overheating and smoking under the hood first thing this morning they already had the problem diagnosed and it was done by noon this place is amazing and friendly i will be using them for any other car problems I may have in the future for sure!!!!

All other auto repair shops wanted $500 for a tie rod replacement and this place replaced it for less than $150 they could of easily charged ous $250+ and we still would of said that was a good deal compared to every where else! Will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

Frustrating that they only took my word of what I thought was to be the problem, I have a check engine light on and they just went and replaced the part I thought was the issue without doing there own diagnostic test to double check that was the issue so I reached out to my mechanic and he said whoever replaced that part put it in incorrectly, so now I have to go without my car till Tuesday because there's more to the problem than what was actually wrong. That's not good service if you ask me. Other than that I will say the price for the project was very fair

A great mechanic is like a great hairdresser - once you find one, you stick with them. That's what Sprague is. These guys do the job right, they are quick, reasonably priced, and most importantly, I trust them. Sean will tell me up front what he thinks about the job and about what it will cost, and he has been right on every time. Recently, we had a problem with our Jeep, so naturally, we took it there. They checked it out and determined that we had to take it to the dealer because Jeep doesn't share their diagnostic tools. Even though they spent time looking at it to try to fix it, they didn't charge me anything. Meanwhile, the dealership wanted to change us 400 bucks to put in a new battery just to see if that was the problem! I could go on, but you get the idea. Dealerships suck, so I thank goodness for these guys. I highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs.
