Ahmed and the team at CNY Motors are the best of the best! They took care of me as if I was part of their family. My car, a Mercedes Benz C300, failed a NY state inspection because of a crack in its front-right headlight assembly. The dealership would've charged me $2100+ to make this straightforward repair. Ahmed and his team were able to source a brand new, CAPA certified, part for much, much cheaper. Labor costs were more than reasonable as well. More than anything, what I really appreciated about CNY Motors is their timely communication, their customer-first mindset, and their commitment and passion for the work. I would highly recommend all CNY motorists to use CNY Motors for all their car repair needs. 5/5, hands down.

Disappointed, my friend referred me to you but you are not good answering messages. I prefer a "No I can't fix your vehicle" instead of waiting for a call or a text back for an estimate to fix my vehicle. I moved on and big 4 tires gave me an estimate and an appointment right away. Have a good life sir.

They come off nice ,but they are not takes advantage of woman charged me an extreme amount of money for a simple job I was furious the better business bureau will know about this !!!! I am not wrong, Ahmed, & I will not take my review down. This recent incident was the 2nd time in the past several months that you neglected to return my calls. The first time, I left a voicemail on your business phone. Never heard back. This time, I spoke to you & you promised to call me back within the hour. 4 1/2 hours later, I texted you, asking if you'd be able to get back to me before you closed the shop. Nothing. 4 days later, I posted this review. That is when you finally responded to me. You were not concerned about my situation - because you really put me in a bind - you were more concerned with your review rating here. As a consumer, I have every right to honestly notify the public about my experience with you and here it is. You are correct about one thing, however - the people who referred me to you are very reputable. That is why I advised them not to give out your name anymore because it reflects poorly on them when you don't follow through. In the future, if you want to be reviewed better, then perhaps you should behave better. Have a great day.

If you’re looking for honest mechanics go to CNY MOTORS. I’ve had a great experience with them they were upfront about pricing, explained the issues clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. The work was done in a timely manner, and now my car runs perfectly now. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust I’m glad I found these guys highly recommend
