I bought a used Kia from here. Sale went great! Handled everything fast, respectful and kind. However, I ran into an engine issue not long after. At first, it was frustrating, but once they fully inspected it, they found the problem and submitted it under the extended warranty I didn’t even realize I had. They replaced the engine with one that had fewer miles, put me in a loaner car while the work was done, and even refunded my out-of-pocket deductible. They really stepped up and made it right. Things didn’t start perfect, but they handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of in the end. I appreciate the way they stood behind their sale. Great experience walking in for a test-drive. I ended up with a brand new Nissan Kicks. Even though it didn't have every dream feature I was craving, the new car was wonderful. Joel Bowman was very helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process. There was very little pressure to "make a deal" or "sign right away" and when it came time to negotiation, he was able to give me a better deal for trading in my previous vehicle than the initial offer. Very pleasant doing business and I'm thankful I added on the service package. Will be coming back here for the foreseeable future.

My mother in-law just bought her car there... Sales guy was great but when she was leaving she noticed the psi light was still on from the test drive ( this was during the Friday storm when she picked the car up) she called and asked about it was told nope nothing to worry about it was because of ice everything was checked out and car is good. Well it's wasn't... Come to find out when tires were rotated they never corrected the sensors I took the car in for her because she was busy with work and other life stuff. I tried to speak with the manager because I still had a feeling that it was a tire leak issue... He wanted to try and argue a point of but there was still air in the tire so all is good it was 21psi when it's supposed to be 35... Well surprise the psi light is back on... Even if the tire wasn't the issue she wanted me to talk to the manager to just put it on his employees radar as something to double check but because of his attitude we will never buy or recommend a car from them... So 3 full days with the car already needed sensors calibrated and air put into a tire 3 times and possibly a new tire is needed... Do not recommend getting a car from them because if there are any problems after you hand them the cash they don't care to even listen.

We purchased our Nissan a few years ago , they gave us a " good" deal , rust protection for 8 years . So after a couple of years we start to notice some rust on rear door , after we contact them they told us to go to their shop , and first thing they checked at the shop was module for rust protection under steering wheel, and sure enough there was no module and there was never one and they denied protection . On paper work it said they gave us one , and i never checked because i never know there is such a thing as module for rust protection.They try to say that maybe someone took it when i was doing my inspection but thats impossible because my friend is mechanic and i was there every time we did inspection. SO BEFORE YOU GET A "DEAL " FOR RUST PROTECTION, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK UNDER STEERING WHEEL FOR A MODULE , I DIDN'T KNOW THAT AND NOW IM DEALING WITH RUST ON MY NISSAN .
