Josh and his team were absolutely AMAZING!! I brought my car in due to it making this awful noise. One of his guys looked at it and it was something with my breaks. Josh was a true rockstar. He took the time to explain everything to me and what was wrong. He answered all my questions educating me without making me feel like an idiot for not knowing what he was talking about. My car is fixed, I had a great laugh while I was there, and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 I will be going back for my regular maintenance.

Mr Tire & the Mgr Josh, Salina St Syracuse, Ny give 5 STAR SERVICE! I went in to get tires & Inspection. Josh went above and beyond. He educated me on my old tires that don't fit my new car. He showed me how to sell them on Facebook Marketplace. This is greatly appreciated b/c the money will go to my new tires that I purchased at Mr Tire. This is an awful place to take your car to, expect some exorbitant very questionable prices. Just to take your car for a free estimate, will be a lie so they can charge you a crazy fee of $60.00 for them supposedly checking your car out for something you never asked them to check. This place is awful.

Rear brakes rebuilt. Disappointed in service. The vechicle was turned over to me with the brake light still on the dash. I was told light would go out after driving? Its a hydrolic system, Brakes needed to be bled, get the air out of lines. Vechile was turned over to me and brakes were not functioning right. . Had to push the peddle down to the floor to stop. Put me and my family in danger. Returned to the service center and thankfully a experienced mechanic performed the brake bleeding to correct the issue. Disappointed in Monro service. Auto was a 1982 camaro. Not full of sensors , basic brake system. No apology or acceptance of responsibilty. Comment given. " gee now I know the brakes need to be bled"

Made an appointment by phone, when I arrived for the appointment was told they had no technician to mount tires. Even though there was a tire technician leaf blowing parking lot. Made another appointment for two days later. Got there for 9:30 appointment and told I was next car in technician was just finishing another car. 10:30 my car got brought in. 1:30 my four tires were finally complete. 3 hours is way to long to mount four tires, I was a service center before I retired and if a technician took more than 30 minutes I would start questioning. I checked air pressures on my tires and they were 47,43,45 and 30psi. Totally unacceptable. I was going to make another appointment for a lof but I didn't think I could trust them to do it and didn't have another day to waste. Mr Tire service has gone down hill used to do a lot of business with another location but no longer will that company have my business.

Josh the manager, at the Nedrow location is fantastic! He’s really a great guy to work with! Josh went above and beyond to get 4 tires put on a Jeep Wrangler even though he was short staffed. Josh and the other mechanic that was there did a great job getting not just the tires done on the jeep but I saw the other customers there dropping off and picking up their vehicles as well and they were equally as happy. It’s great to go into a shop where you know it has to be a stressful situation to get everything done in a timely and efficient manner and still be so accommodating and pleasant. I have to say that Josh is someone who is most definitely an asset to the company! I def commend Josh and his employees for a job well done. And appreciate you going above and beyond in every way. 👏🏼👏🏼 I had to leave a review because I was very impressed with the service in every aspect. I left very satisfied!
