this guy is very unprofessional got in a car accident on December 4th 2023 car was done on the 21st received 1 call saying jeep was done didn't receive voice-mail it wasn't till my rental was due back that I noticed my vehicle was done I was at no fault so the insurance was paying for the whole total of over $7000 I didn't have the $500 deductible because the insurance company was paying so the insurance company told me I was able to pick my jeep up cause they will send the check directly to him he would not give me my vehicle unless the money was in his hand Ineedless to say I had to borrow money in order for him to hand over my vehicle his attitude and the way he talked to me was so nasty I couldn't believe it I was at work I had to send someone with the cash to pick my keys up being that I got off work after hours of his shop went to pick my vehicle that night get in he had been using my vehicle for personal use and drove all my gas out I noticed this weekend the door he fixed is not correctly fixed its hard to close I have contacted him and to my surprise he's not responding to my calls I will be contacting better business and the general attorney on this matter I don't recommend him at all I don't see how he's still in business

The person here was a complete and total ass to my Granddaughter and the people with her. She was in a very scary accident got banged up and bruised went to hospital. Her car was towed here. When she went to figure out what to do and to get anything she needed from car this person was rude and insulting and had zero compassion. This was a very traumatic experience for her. What an ass. I know a lot of people and I'm spreading the word. He also ripped them off monetarily as the car was old and not worth much but I know he's making money off scrapping it. Again total ass. Zero stars really

I had my car towed here after an accident. When going to clean out my totaled car, I was treated with such disrespect by the owner. He was rude, angry, and unnecessarily childish with flippant words of frustration because I arrived close to closing time. His words and behavior towards me- a respectable and polite woman- were completed uncalled for, and not to mention unprofessional on every level. Once he threw my plates at me and once again expressed his annoyance at me, he interrupted me continuously and eventually walked away and slammed his door on me. I wish I never did business with him and cannot strongly enough urge others not to.

This place is UNPROFESSIONAL. I can see from previous reviews that I'm not the only one who had disservice at this establishment. I got t-boned one night and the office responding to the accident called this towing service. Right away, on-site the guy offered to deliver the car to my house for $400 cash right on the spot, which was literally down the street. I said no, just take and my insurance will cover it. The next day, I come to pick up the car and the guy behind the desk right away handed my a paper to sign, thinking I was a naive young guy and would sign right away. What that paper was, was giving him full permission to negotiate repairs for my vehicle with my insurance company. I confronted him about it and he started getting agitated. I told him I just want my car, which he said he won't let me drive out of the establishment. I saw my car through the gates and saw that it was perfectly fine to drive out with. When my car was returned to my driveway, my rear tire was deflated. I inflated it and it didn't deflate again...so a blatant attempt to make more money from the owner. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and would request that police services please find a more reputable towing service center.

I wish I could give this business zero star, but I am stuck with giving it one star. This business owner is very unprofessional and does not deserve your business. If you are unlucky to have your vehicle towed to Advanced Automotive over on Beef St after an auto accident do not have the owner or anyone there talk you into fixing your vehicle there. Have your vehicle towed to a garage you know and trust and you get treated professionally. After my accident he had my car for well over a month. My accident was on 12/12/23. I did not get my car back until 1/19/24. He never called me once about my car. Every communication was because I called. With the exception of the first two calls he was very rude. When I called the final time for an update he told me the car will be ready in a few hours and he don't accept credit cards or personal checks. He has limited payment options. He only wanted cash or the auto insurance check signed over to him if it comes in your name. This created another issue of having to go to the bank on my lunch break. When I tried to tell him I need time to get the payment method he wants he got upset with me about that. Apparently everything sets this man off. My car seats were dirty as if someone was. standing on them and there was every indication he had been using my vehicle for personal use. The settings in my vehicle were very different on everything. Not where l left them. These issue with my car I tried to get an explanation for what happened with my car like why is there dirt on my car seat, he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful to me. He had zero patience with me and he has no customer service skills. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.
