Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They found that all 4 of my rotors were rusted on the inside and should be replaced. Luckily they were able to finish it all in one day.

I will never go back to this location. They tried charging me a diagnostic fee that I never asked for and I told the front desk that I was not paying it and the technician got on the phone and was very rude and said we will put the part on your truck and if doesn't work don't come back to us, we will call you when your truck is done, and then hung the phone up on me. Has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen. Beware if you go there.

Service was fast everyone was polite nice and courteous my only concern is I came in for one tire that was depleted and ended up having to buy two because both tires had holes in them but the experience was great

It took 6 1/2 hours to have my snow tires put on even though I had an appointment! When I arrived at noon I was told there were 2 cars ahead of mine so it would be 2-2:30. Called at 3:00 and then told there were 4-5 cars ahead of mine. Went at 5:30 and my car still wasn’t being worked on. Finally done at 6:30!

These guys hustle and are hard workers. They were able to get my car in and taken care of on short notice despite being busy as all get out. Priced very reasonably too. Highly recommend.

Wow! A major difference a location makes! I took my car in for a state inspection at the store on Erie Blvd. @ Genesee, but they would not do it, as they were rather busy. The location manager fed me some BS, explaining why they couldn't do it; ha! I took my car to the Onondaga Blvd location, and had the car inspected without a glitch. The Manager, Audriana was awesome, as well as the techs who did the work.

They worked with me ☘️❤️. And was upfront, I will be sticking with these guys ☺️. Just got my jeep done and needed quite a few things. You can ask question and get an answer.

My oil light came on Tuesday, so I stopped to have them check it. They couldn't get the hood open and it was near closing time, so I made an appointment to come in Wednesday when they had more time. It took them a long time, but they were able to repair the hood and change my oil. Their service was EXCELLENT, but the corporation's system for making appointments was extremely frustrating! We used to be able to call the center directly and speak to a person on-site, but now the appointments are handled by someone in another country who barely speaks English and has no idea what the center is capable of doing. The first person told me they didn't have any technicians available. I called a few minutes later, got a different person who made the appointment for me.

Dave was awesome! The place was packed, but he still managed to fit me in and took care of everything. He worked great with my fleet company and got me back on the road. Really appreciate the help!

Scheduled for 1 pm Sunday and wasn’t finished till a little after 5 pm. Should make sure more than one person is working so that the SOLE one person there isn't working on every car. It messes other people’s days up too.

Had a 10am for inspection and alignment walked out at 12 after about 5 excuses and the car not being touched. All calls directed to a call center my guess South America minimal english. Extremely poor corporate set up I heard the sales manager getting some guy over for 7000 for a couple O2 sensors and exhaust repair. The guys been back three times in the last week because his check engine light keeps coming on and keeps dumping thousands of dollars into it just so your manager can meet quota im sure.. poorly run will never go back

I have been here a couple times and dealt with one mechanic in particular maybe Ken is his name I believe. Anyways he’s always great this isn’t about him. I have been coming here though because of his good service and this time barely interacted with him. More the front girl Adrianna and another technician I’m unsure of his name to be honest but I haven’t seen him before. I had an appt Monday for 11 am my car would be done same day by 4 I have heard not a thing so I call and talk to Adriana she tells me they have not touched my car no explanation just she’ll tell them to do it next. I was mad I hung up. My mother then called and said will it be done today they said yes someone’s looking at it now sorry I wasn’t here and she didn’t give enough info. One I’m paying a diagnostic fee for a reason. And two she was there looked like maybe just arriving but was there. adrianna calls and tells me diagnosis is a bad fuel pump but the tech on can’t complete the job. I say okay and dealt with it ensured my car would be first worked on in the morning. I fell back the next day around 12 and get told by someone else I think Ken at this point. Who gave me options for payment on a job now costing ten times the amount a fuel pump jump would be almost and diagnosing it as a bad catalytic converter. At this point I just want a new car I want to get out from under the car but ask can we use our own parts and are told yes. I find out the next day I am getting a new car I have asked previously can I drive my car away if I do not pay for the service and I get told yes. When I get there they tell me they never put it together and they need some time to do that cuz it’s not drivable now. I leave not even ten minutes later Adrianna calls me and says it’s good to go!… is this a joke? I go to pick my car up and all the way home it started throwing all the codes it could. Clearly wasn’t put back right at all. I blame the new tech. Giggling with customers upfront about customers checking on their cars while he’s swinging his feet at the front desk.

Needed new tires. I stopped here to get tires. They also gave me new wipers at no cost and fixed my rear brakes. Their service was great, and they finished my car within a few hours. Glad I could bring my car here and that they had all of the parts I needed.

Blew a tire on a Friday afternoon right before I was supposed to travel for the weekend, these guys fit me in within an hour and were able to replace my front two tires quickly while still doing a great, professional job. They even called me shortly after making the appointment to make sure they had the correct tires in stock and to let me know to come in as soon as possible. Workers were very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the guy working the desk up front. I brought my car to another competing tire place last year to have tires replaced and had a bad experience, so I will definitely be sticking with this Monro location in the future.

The store was very professional, courteous and timely in completing the service. There is a lot to be desired of your call center when making the appointment. The person was difficult to understand. He told me I could have anytime between 8-6 and after we made the appt for 8am he then said let me see what store you're calling about. I then asked him how could he give me a availability, set up an appt and now he was asking me what store it was. Very poor custom service

I came in for my registration and got great customer service. I was informed that I needed a repair on my car, but they let me leave after rotating my tires and not charging me anything for that service. The quote I got for the repair was half the price of an another competitor. They did an excellent and timely job on the repair and I’m very happy with the service I received.

Austin at Monro was great. He worked with me to schedule two cars for inspection in one day. The thoroughness of the process and the inspections could not be beat. The entire process and workflow from scheduling to inspection to pick up and getting the second car done was great and allowed me to get a lot of work done in a short amount of time and I thank them for this.

I have gone to this Monro location for many years. They were previously incredibly helpful and courteous however there must have been a change in technicians/management and I won’t be back. I will say that I was told on Saturday that when I scheduled service that I’d have a wait due to their being down a technician, which was okay so I rescheduled in order to wait while my car was being serviced but it turned into a 4-5 hour wait with barely courteous notification. I absolutely understand being understaffed, but I could have been warned while making the appt and at the very least could have gotten better customer service on the second appt. I didn’t have the luxury of leaving my car unfortunately so a little acknowledgment for being inconvenienced twice would have gone a long way for me.

I had a very unsafe experience at Monro on Onondaga Boulevard. I dropped off my car for a heater repair and mentioned that my battery light was on. After repairs, I was allowed to leave, and within minutes my vehicle lost power steering, ABS, and dashboard functions because the serpentine belt was missing. I was stranded for hours in dangerous winter conditions. The shop also charged for parts I likely didn’t need and inaccurately recorded that I declined an alternator. I no longer feel my vehicle is safe and am requesting a full review and refund. This was a serious safety issue that should not have happened.
