I originally had an appointment for an oil change that I made online because I thought the price was good. I went in and was told it would really be about double what I was told online. THEN they told me I needed a brake flush and I okayed it at the time but I almost immediately found out that they overcharged me and it was possibly not necessary. Still I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and made an appointment to get my tires replaced through online like I was told by the guy who helped me out the first time. THIS WAS A BAD IDEA. I went into my appointment and was told that they don’t have my size tire and couldn’t perform the service. I am NEVER going back to Monro Auto EVER again

Went there today for an inspection. On my camaro. It's a 2001 and very well maintained. The staff has changed and I was NOT treated in a friendly manner. There were no customers there which is no surprise since the guy was very conceited and rude. Anyway he failed my camaro citing i needed new breaks and voters. I knew this was not true. So I questioned him. And choose to pay the 21 fee for the failed inspection and went elsewhere. Sure enough there was nothing wrong with the breaks or voters. I've come to this place for a long time with all my cars and trucks. However today was the last. They are no longer friendly or honest

The guy at the front was told me that the oil change will take around 45 minutes and then after more than 1 hour and 15 minutes the car had not even been touched and it was still in the parking lot. When I asked about it to him he said "I don't know what to say, it takes longer sometimes." Mind you I had already made an appointment for this oil change before coming and the shop had reviewed it and said my appointment was confirm. I don't know how they are running this place. Everything that includes skilled labor is going downhill. Two thumbs down Monroe.

Thought I made an appointment at my normal one but didn't realize it was for this address. I should have kept driving the moment I saw this shop. Definitely not as friendly as the shop I normally go to, and continued to push services despite me saying that I didn't want or need them. The waiting room as well looks much worse, the chairs stained and gross looking.

We had a nail in our tire and it had to be replaced. He was able to get our issue submitted to our rental company quickly and was great about getting the new tire installed. He had to get the tire delivered as it wasn’t in stock. Very pleased with Chris and our experience.

I called over 20 places to get an inspection for my car, I got the same answer, not today and even some not until next week. The management of Monroe on Erie Blvd and Lodi said they were busy but would take care of the inspection. Very rare to see a "can do" attitude. Friendly, professional and courteous service.

They tried to get $2500 out of me to replace a catalytic converter when all that was wrong was the weld from the resonator came undone. I was originally quoted $1000 and they pretended that they couldn’t get the part they needed aftermarket to try and get an additional grand out of me. I took it to ab auto and they fixed it for $162. What a joke, do not take your vehicles here, take them to AB auto, much better service and much more affordable!

Pretty mediocre service. The cashier called me and said my car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up he'd left the shop and none of the workers could check me out. I waited for 20 minutes before an employee told me it would be another 30 minutes. I ended up getting a ride from a friend and had to go back the next day. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and was refused. I'll be looking for a new shop that can do alignments.
