I had situation with my BMW 335 had codes related to transmission and misfire where it would trigger engine and transmission lights come on. I’ve done a lot of research and have paid enough to dealerships to diagnose the issues where I could not get exact answer. But here at ONE KING AUTO, Dawid properly diagnosed issues and asked me to stop by to actually perform tests and resolve issues. Ends up to be module was bad and needed to reprogrammed. Thanks Dawid for your help, being honest and professional. You’re the best!

I ran on a curb trying to prevent another car from hitting me and it busted my tire. The first auto shop I see after doing this was First King Auto. I drove into the parking lot and told the guy what happened and he immediately asked did I had a spare after saying he didn’t have my size of tire in stock. He proceeded to change my tire with my spare and I made several attempts to pay him and he said free of charge. He was the owner and I really appreciated it. There are still good people in this cruel world❤️

Dawid is a force of nature. I'll recommend him in a heartbeat. He is skilled, commonsense, dependable. Does excellent work. Always gives an honest opinion. Transparent and methodical. I changed oil with him, brakes, exhaust pipes, ball joints, tire pressure sensors, winter/summer tires, spark plugs, etc. He did welding, splicing/soldering of wires, and a slew of other things. dawid at one king auto is wonderful and the service is top notch. i got a flat tire in the middle of my work day and called looking for help. dawid took care of me immediately. he not only got me a new tire to replace the one that was shredded, but also rotated my tires so i’d be safer on the road… all of this in under 45 minutes! 10/10 would recommend

I had an emergency when my car suddenly started overheating, spitting out coolant, and warning me to shut off the engine. I pulled into One King Auto on West Genesee Street around 7 PM—not only were they super busy with other work, but it was late in the day. I expected to be turned away or told to come back another time. Instead, they took a look right away, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the coolant reservoir on the spot. They even topped it off with coolant—and didn’t charge me a dime. I was blown away by their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help in a stressful situation. In a world where good customer service is getting rare, One King Auto reminded me that there are still honest, hardworking people out there who truly care.
