After purchasing a car I had them double check it. They not only checked it, but even showed me exactly what was wrong with the vehicle giving me ammunition I needed to get an exchange. They were so kind and helpful, many shops make me feel like I’m being taken advantage of because l’m a girl, but not once did they make me feel that way. I about had a meltdown... Picture it: day before thanksgiving, you go to work an hour away, come back, stop at a corner store 2.5 miles from home, and BAM! your car dies! I didn't know what was wrong, so I called John at John's Auto, explained what happened, & he immediately walked over to me to check what was happening. Fast forward, we needed a whole under the hood fuse box replacement, John found us one and got it installed, & it took less than 2 days, despite it being a holiday. We'll definitely be going back to John for our future repairs!

My serpentine belt busted at the Valero next door, I called John's Auto repair thinking they only did tires I'm glad I was wrong. These guys had amazing customer service and had me in and out of their in less than 2 hours.
