The car I took to be washed hadn't been washed in months, so it was dirty, dirty, dirty. I appreciate the brushwork done on the hubcaps, front end, and back end. Definitely a bargin at $10.00!

For a drive through car wash, never been disappointed. One time in 4 years, my back bumper was left dirty, when I got home and saw it. I drive back and they gladly washed again. Very nice.

This place is fine for a fast fix but if you want a quicky but for a full fledge car wash visit the one Lancaster Blvd. It cost alittle more but its well worth it. I like the under body cleaning I like how you can follow your car as it gets washed watching it behind the glass until its done.Cost alittle more but worth it.

Was planning to clean my car internally, then get a wash. Attempted to toss ONE preroll container (I missed the trash) and dropped 2 straw wrappers. Worker came over and said, essentially, if we were paying customers that we could do what we wanted, but since I'm "using my own vacuum," I had to "stop throwing trash everywhere outside". (Again, I missed ONE trash piece, and two straw wrappers fell out. It's not like we were sitting there throwing mcdonalds cups around). We weren't even done cleaning, had shown no intent to leave without picking everything up, and I was sitting down with things on my lap. It was just overall an insanely rude encounter, and I'm definitely not going to be getting my car washed here ever. Not a way to get a paying customer. At all.

They do a great job at the pre-wash if you give a good tip. Makes the effectiveness of the car wash better. As of 3/20/22 (my last visit) prices have changed. 2 different options now, $10 and $14

Went through the car wash and noticed that one of the passenger side brushes was not working along with the blower. Completed the car wash and noticed that my entire passenger side of the car was wet. Pulled back around and asked the attendant if we could get our wash coupon back because the car wash was not working properly and he said No. we asked him if he knew one of the brushes wasn’t working and the blower and he said yes. Very poor customer service. Been going to this place for many years. I will not be back. In the very least the car wash should have had another person drying off the cars as they came out. I have a black car and the waters spots look worse then before being cleaned. Very disappointed!

Went in to the W. Salem location and paid ($15) for the premium plus tire shine ($2). I didn't inspect the wash afterwards like I usually do and went about my business. 30 minutes later after getting to my destination, I noticed that the wheels were still very dirty with brake dust. I drove back and walked in to talk to the manager. He came out and couldn't see what was so obvious with the wheels. He said they could run it through again to see if that could help and I asked why can't they use a brush for the wheels. His reply stated that they only have the brushes for the prewash prep for the paint and windows. I took his advice and reran the car through, but it didn't get my wheels clean. They need to have a separate brush to prep the wheels. I ended up taking my car home and washing my wheels myself. I bet Blue Elephant car wash has better equipment and better customer service. Very disappointed.

Personal, fast and friendly service. Competitive pricing, air blowers instead of hand dry but that also helps keep it quick with good results. Smaller space with limited vacuums however well placed to accommodate multiple vehicles of various sizes.

Today I was greeted by the nicest man, who did a very thorough job of washing my Jeep down prior to it going into the car wash itself. This is not the first time I’ve got great service- I just failed to to go on and give a review previously. Couldn’t recommend them any higher. Update. I went in again today (2 weeks later) and the gentlemans name is Adam. Go see him!

I told my mother in law about this car wash. She went in and when she came out the window on the passenger side had been hit by the side mirror and cracked from the brushes. They said it was a pre existing condition. The are shady. I would give them zero starts if I could. The picture is from after but now after driving with it, it is all the way up and down the window.

I had great service by James and the crew at John's Car Wash. The pre-wash services followed by the car wash left my car looking beautiful. The vacuum is really strong and you get plenty of time for $1. This is the only car wash I'll use for my Challenger.

Came in yesterday for a wash and hot wax, got out at home and it had completely missed the bottom of the passenger side. As well as when we opened the door there was still soap everywhere. Called and explained and they said no problem bring it back. Next day we pull in and tried to explain what happened, my wife got halfway through the explanation and the older gentleman said "that happens all the time" hits the button and sends us through a standard wash. My dad always liked this place, turns out it was my last time here. There has got to be better customer service at a carwash in Salem.

As is the standard at most auto car wash there are different levels of clean you can purchase. The least of those is 10$ here and it gets the car clean. The staff is friendly and they brush down the car before you go into the Cham Wow tunnel. This helps with those spots the auto wash often misses. It's a quick ride through and it does a good job. I have no complaints. They have a vending machine where you can purchase car cleaning accessories and the vacuums are only a buck for 5 minutes. The vacuums almost always have good suction as well. I use the vacuums here often and they do a good job I'm getting older and lazier so Johns is 10 bucks well spent in my book.

Decent place for a touch less car wash. They still do some scrubbing before. They don't do any drying with a rag and their vending machine only takes quarters and will eat your quarters. The vacuum station is decent. 1 dollar for 5 min. Which was the exact amount of time needed for me. Didn't get my truck clean below the front window area on the hood. Next time I'll ask them to scrub that area

This spot is so underrated. Wonderful staff, they make sure vehicle is brushed well before the starting the wash. So so many places don't do this and then the wash is subpar. A special shout out to Kenny who was friendly, considerate, and thorough! On a side note, I have a Super Duty F250 with a cattle bumper, the size alone makes it difficult to clean. Kenny pulled it off superbly so did the automatic wash. This'll be my go to place for all my vehicles!! Thank you for understanding customer needs and service in today's world.

Remember to rinse all of vehicle before taking a brush to it. Spent more on the truck than anything else in my life just to see people in a hurry shoving a wet brush onto dry sandy dirt. Seen a guy at first start rinsing from front to around right side. Noticed no water on driver's window, next the brush come across. Realized rinsing vehicle isn't a concern and that I wont be back. Didnt notice this issue in the past but also wasnt so focused just bringing an old beater here before, not an 85k truck. Before and after pics of drivers front.
