Place is a full on scam. The bosses son acts like he owns the place and will charge you whatever he feels like. They stole my tire and charged me $200 to fix a rim, they made the rim much worse and now my tires are wearing unevenly... because yes they LITTERALY stole my tire but the police couldn't do anything

The oil drain plug popped off my truck while I was driving. I made it to a parts store, where every drop of oil in my truck drained out into a puddle underneath it. My insurance only covers one tow per breakdown, and of course it had to be a Sunday and I could see I would need at least 2 tows. I got the idea to go next door to Jordan's and ask for help. I talked to Angel and another guy whose name I didn't get--both were extremely nice. With a little help from an English/Spanish translation app, they understood the problem, installed the new part in no time, and put a new filter and new oil in. Let's see, they saved me at least one tow, a lot of wait time at a dealer, and kept my engine from blowing up. Credit where credit's due!! Muchas gracias!!

Took my car there to get tires when I go to pick it up there in their shop drinking liquor and and doing hard drug I get home to realize that my new tires are not new there almost new but worn very badly on the inside I take it back and talk to the owner he said that my car did that they are stock size tires on my extremely well maintained fairly new (3 years old) car and I literally drove on them no more then 25 miles not possible. These guy are con artists to say the least

I went there to get a tire plugged. They didn’t even take the tire off. They plugged my tire with a $7 kit from autozone I could’ve have used myself. Later in the same day, my tire my flat again. I got ripped off & I should’ve listened to the reviews I saw on here. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Been sitting at the business since 7:45 , Google says it opens at 8am. It’s bo 8:25 and I called and they said they are open….I stated couldn’t be because I’m in the parking lot….he hung up in my face . 🤷🏾‍♀️ if I didn’t need my tire asap I would leave …..I’m actuality they do great work….

Absolute ripoff. A friend of mine went to have his wheel fixed and was charged $200. The owner and his son are fowl mannered and stole his tire which did NOT need to be fixed and replaced it with an off-brand, poor quality tire. He notified police about this and they said they were unable to do anything about it because the owner was a foreigner. I didn’t know foreigners get higher benefits than any other shop owner.

This place is nothing but a total rip-off, I went to have a tire plugged and one of the guys tried to charge me $20 for just a plug... totally ridiculous and this is so not fair...so I would advise anyone else not to fool with Jordan tires...They are rip-offs.

Went to get a used tire and was quoted a price but then I told them that was ok I found one cheaper, the worker tried to charge me $10 for just looking at it. He then said he can give me one for $40 and took my tire off and changed it. The “boss” said $45 but I told him the other guy told me a cheaper price and the little boy says “he isn’t the boss I am”! With that being said they have terrible customer service and takes advantage of women!

1st didn't jack car up properly, bent metal seem under car. 2nd didn't hand start lug nuts when installing and ruined a lug nut, I had to buy the replacement from AutoZone next door. 3rd used impact gun to install and over torqued lug nuts. 4th No English, "don't impact, don't impact" did no good.

After calling and no one answering the phone. Then calling a few other places in town and being told they did not have the size tire I needed. I decided to drive by and see if anyone was at this location. When I arrived they told me that they did in fact have the size tire I needed. They brought the tire out and it was almost new. They told me the price of the tire would be $70. Which I felt was overpriced. But due to the fact that I really needed to be mobile today. I agreed to pay the $70. When they bring the tire back out. It was not the same tire. I paid the money. But I assure you that I won't be back. I will also advise everyone I know not to do business here.

Very professional, fast and fair prices. Hispanic run establishment who had my tire changed in less than 10 minutes. Also they are open on Sundays. If I’m ever in need of a used tire again, I’ll call Jordan Tire first. 5 stars
