Had a broken transmission on our Toyota. They allowed me to source a good one from LKQ and ship it to them. After the replacement arrived, they cleaned and serviced it and called for us to drop it off. after dropping it off, it took under a week and the work they did looks great! Price was to the book rate and couldn't be happier!!!

I didn't go here .. my roommate has been and I am the ride sometimes but she seems to like them, keeps going back... She did say they get her in right away instead of waiting days which is the typical repair shop protocol. Which... Im not putting down either, quality repairs take attention so id rather wait if need be. Quality repair is just that with or without the wait i love everyone so we're all good. Well this review took a turn 🤣🤣

Joshua's Auto is fast and reliable auto service! They were honest with me and explained the problem so that i could understand what was wrong. They also offered to do an oil change while changing out all my spark plugs. The oil change was $40 and the rest of the labor and parts was hundreds less than Toyota had quoted me. Fransico is easy to work with and very quick. They my car in and fixed sameday! Thank you!!

I took my 2019 Toyota here for a rear main oil seal change and fluid exchanges. I was usually taking my car to the dealership service center to get serviced but they ended up misdiagnosing a repair and they usually charge a lot for labor. The owner is honest, skilled and they have good prices compared to the big dealerships. I will be servicing my vehicle here from now on.

I took my 98 civic here to get the head gasket changed back in August. I called to see how much it would cost and I like the price. He was able to get my car in next day and a couple days later my car was up and running in the streets. I will come back to this auto repair shop again in the future for any one of the vehicles own. I live in Tacoma and I will drive or tow all my cars to Burien. Go here if you want to save money and not go to a expensive dealer to rob your money.

Honest, friendly, fast! I often do my own simple repairs, so I know a little about fixing cars, but I don't have all the experience and familiarity of a practiced mechanic, so diagnosis is the hardest part for me. I had been hoping to find a shop that can knock out the diagnoses and let me know what my options are. My van is old and worn (2003 Chevy Express cargo van). It was occasionally making some terrible sounds over bumps and during turns, then after hitting a curb, it started making a new bad rotational sound... Then the ABS light came on. I called these guys up, middle of the day on Friday before Labor Day weekend to see if they could take a look, they let me know they probably wouldn't be able to get to it until Tuesday, but they could keep it in their shop over the weekend and then they'd let me know what's what on Tuesday. That's still pretty quick turn around, so I went with it. They wound up being able to look at it today, noticed my wheel bearing was pretty gnarly and causing the terrible sound and was quite possibly related to the ABS light. They called me and talked it over with me, I said to go ahead and fix it and they were able to finish it off today! Less than half a day turn around! He even showed me the hub they took out and turned it so I could hear it's terrible sound directly. I really appreciate the direct demonstration. Educational and trust building!

Wow, my car is running like new! My Prius had a bad DC inverter that blew out on me, and I brought it in to Joshua's and they did a fantastic job and the price was right on point with what I researched. For years, my Prius felt like it had gone rough and when I came to a stop it made noise and you'd her fluids being moved around like it had a digestive issue. Now, it's silent, like new. These guys know how to work on a Prius! And not to throw shade, but Toyota...you had years of it making noise and running rough, not a peep from them. This shop has my family's business.

The Toyota dealership said replacing my Catalytic Converter would cost $3,200 but Joshua's Auto did it for $930!
