We’ve always received outstanding service and repair! The value of knowing you have an a mechanic you can trust who provides outstanding service is invaluable. We wouldn’t think of taking our cars anywhere else, whether it be an oil change, brakes, tires or replacing an engine. They replaced the engine in my Mercedes ML550 2 years ago. I was hesitant to do this but felt confident in the advice they provided to do so and am extremely happy I took the advice, it’s like a brand new car again.

Finally I found a Sprinter mechanic who knows what they're doing! Yarek solved a turbo problem the Mercedes dealer couldn't figure out. He fixes cars like an engineer, analyzing the systems as a whole. At my first appointment I paid for a complete diagnostic - well worth it. They give a link to an online profile of the van, listing all the condition issues, their severity, and recommended services. Since then we've been whittling away at the list. So far I've had them repair my Sprinter's brakes, A/C, turbo, suspension, steering, plus oil changes and filters. Everyone with a Sprinter in the New York region should get it serviced there.

Yarek and his team are skilled and very kind. Came in from Texas and my Sprinter broke down. Yarek let me stay in his yard until they were able to get the Sprinter in and repair it. I would come back in a heartbeat.

I’m from Oklahoma , so a long ways from home, I call jr’s and they got me in asap and helped me get back on the road. When so many other local auto repairs wouldn’t ! They showed me exactly what needed to be done and why. They also pointed out other issues that I should get looked at in the near future again showing me…. I highly recommend JR’s as they were honest and straight forward and extremely reasonable on the parts and labor!!

I cannot say enough great things about this auto shop. I was driving from Connecticut out to the Hamptons when my Mercedes broke down about 40 minutes from home. The owner Yarek assessed what was wrong with my vehicle and ordered the necessary part, however, it wasn’t due to arrive until the following day. Sensing how upset I was and anxious to get out to where I needed to be, Yarek drove me around to five separate car rental places all of which were out of cars to rent for that weekend. Yarek Must have driven me around for close to two hours. He finally took me back to his shop where I waited for my husband to pick me up. I think I must’ve been in his presence for five hours.! He fixed the car the following day when the part came in, and he was honest and extremely reasonable. He was one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met, and I can honestly say that this individual restored my faith in the goodness of humanity. I recommend this Shop without hesitation.
