After my was car broken into and my window shattered I came to Julio’s and am so thankful I did. Amazing service. Accepts Apple Pay. I brought my car in a few hours before they closed and drove away the same day I called them. Not only did they have very affordable prices for glass they also replaced the window AND cleaned up all of the glass for the same price! I was shocked when I went out to my car after I paid and realized they did all of that so quickly. Thank you Julio’s 10/10 service.

My auto mechanic told me to call here for a windshield I was told it would be 100 but it’s 300 to take it to the shop it didn’t make much sense to pay 200 extra dollars to take it to the shop so guess I’ll be calling around in this case I may as well use the insurance

I wish I could post a photo of the windshield chip repair that was done. We’re from Arizona where it’s common to have to repair your windshield a couple of times a year, so we’ve seen a lot of repairs. We’ve never seen such a terrible job. You should hardly be able to see the chip after a repair. The chip wasn’t filled. The cracks are still there. Now there’s just a thick layer of resin over it. We told them it looks bad and they said that’s just how they do it. It’s embarrassing that our car looks so awful now, and we’ll probably have to pay to replace the whole windshield. They’ve made it impossible to be repaired correctly.

Had my car broken into the night before and this place was able to see me the same day I called them and told them what was up. They were very quick and took less than an hour to replace the window, and what was also a pleasant surprise was that they cleaned up all the broken glass, folded my jackets, gathered up some trash, and organized stuff in my car for me! It was so sweet of them! I was in a bad mood all day from the break in but they made me feel so much better! :) They also have the lowest prices in all of Richmond. I called 10 places that wanted nearly double what this place quoted me. So now any time in the future, if I have issues with my car windows/windshield, I will go to them! And you should too! They’re wonderful!

Superb quality and great service! Forget about these other places that charge $400 + for a windshield for a 2003 Chevy Malibu! And there are many like that - they charge ripoff prices, since they're used to charging insurance companies whatever they want, not dealing much with cash paying customers. It took just over an hour and less than $200 for my windshield replacement. Everyone there was terrific and super friendly. I highly recommend Julio's Auto Glass!

Great experience. Cheapest around richmond. I have a special kind of windshield so my price went from $250 to $350. It's an extra fee if you pay with card. No fee w/cash. You should go as soon as they open because you will be waiting for a while. I got there at 10am left around 12noon. But I'm all fixed so I'm happy!!

WOW!!! I called on a Saturday afternoon when everyone else in town was closed. They had my windshield in stock and I was back on the road in 25 minutes!!! I did not have insurance coverage and it still was only $207 total! They were way less than half the price I received a quote for $469.50 from the big competitor with a fancy jingle. When I went there, I remembered I had been there many years ago and had the same excellent experience back then too. It might not be a pretty shop but they are fast, do excellent work, and very low priced! I highly recommend them.

I took my mother’s vehicle here because she had a sensor warning for a tire. They had worked on my vehicle before and I was pleased. They had technician identified that the code was coming from the right front passenger tire. He charged me $20 just to analyze the problem. I told him I would order the part and come back another day. He said for me to get it locally at the auto zone about 1-2 miles away. I did that and it cost $45. I returned with the part and they installed in in about 10 minutes. He then tried to calibrate it but it continued to show the same message on the dash board. He then charged me anther $16 for the installation and así there machine was not come patinar to the part. He told me to drive it and got back to auto zone and they could the calibration. They did not have the tool but offered to sell me one from $300-500. They also said they would refund the cost of the part but it was too late. It was already in the tire and they broke the old one. I returned again to the tire shop and the tech told me to call the owner and settle with him. He told me to return to meet with him the next day at 9:30am. I got there about 9:25am and waited till 10am and he was a no show. I called and texted him several time and he did NOT respond. I have called a few more times since then and it appears that he is avoiding my calls. BAD BUSINESS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I AM BACK TO WHERE I STARTED. The car tire is not fixed and they refuse to deal with the complaint.
