Julio is a very fair person. He's not out to gouge people. I had an estimate done at a shop in Rock Island, which is now closed but been open a very long time, on replacing my struts. Julio did it for a mere fraction of that. I bought the struts, he put them on. He is a very good and honest person. Not too many if any like this man anymore. I do most my own work on my vehicles but if it is something I can't or don't want to do, I will only take it to Julio!

I have had my car since 2005, lived in four states, and dealt with numerous mechanics in the past 14 years. Julio is simply the best. He showed care about my concerns and resolved the issues efficiently with very reasonable pricing. One little story as part of my great experience: I forgot to bring my ATM card for the payment. So Julio gave me the key to my car (without me paying first) and encouraged me to drive home (instead of walking in the heat or paying for a taxi) to fetch the card. It is this level of trust and care that sets his business apart from many others. Highly recommended!

This man made me cry because he was so rude. This man has no compassion. I trusted this man because he fixed one of our cars before. He was rude and dismissive but I thought maybe thats just how he is. Today I went in waiting in my car (was not parked) reading my text book. He came and did not acknowledge I was even there until I went up to him nicely and asked if I could leave my car here since I had to go to school. He was so rude and said "theres a sign there, do you know how to read? You don't know how to read?". I don't know why he felt the need to be that rude to a girl who is not from here or from the quad cities and is a quarter of his age. Do not send your daughters to him or anyone thats young.

Had the pleasure of meeting Julio, my door was making a loud noise when I opened it and it wouldn’t shut all the way. Stopped by his place on a Saturday when nobody else was open and he took care of my problem instantly. I asked if I could pay him but he said it was such an easy fix he wouldn’t charge me. My car was accidentally towed here. Was supposed to go 5th st not 5th Ave. Nobody was here at 1st but when the owner showed up I was freaking out cuz I couldn't find my car but I wasn't ugly to him. I explained why I was there. He pointed to my car and told me to leave. He's very rude about it. If that's how he interacts with people I don't recommend this place
