Sign on the door said "MASKS REQUIRED" I had mine and wore it, but the employees didn't and a customer came in and he was not confronted on the issue. No wonder the covid is spreading!!!!!!!!!!!! I will look elsewhere in the future. The work they did was middle of the road

Business is very professional they took the time out of their busy day to get my truck rear window replaced and then I asked the tech about getting old duct tape residue off he explained to me how to do it and what to use I would highly recommend this place. I even had my own back window to replace it with. Thank you glass service center.

Wrong size was ordered by sales rep first. Install guys said not to worry that’ll it still be fine. No! Put old window back in till another correct window came. Then coming to the lady contacting each time is just rude. Well not rude but very unpleasant to deal with and talk to. Just not a people person as seems demanding.

This Company is absolutely atrocious. The worst company I've ever done any kind of business with. If I could give negative stars I would. This company was aggressive over the phone and hung up on me 4 times when I was trying to file a complaint!!!! They were down right rude I actually could not believe this was a business I was talking to. I have never been talked to the way these guys talked to me before in my life. I will be taking further action against this shop as I'm sure I'm not the only one who has suffered due to their incompetence and behavior.

PHENOMENAL service! Walking in, the staff made me feel at home; my concern was their concern. They walked me through the process, and answered all the questions I had. When I told them I had to wait for the vehicle, they offered me amenities and let me know it would be a while. Turned out, it only took a little over an hour and a half, but the wait didn't feel long at all. I will be sure to use their services again in the future and I highly recommend them for any glass work needed. Thank you for taking such good care of my car!
