First they gave me an appointment for a date once I got there they told me they were overbooked and reschedule for two weeks later. The day of the appointment I got there early morning so I could get the assessment of the problem asap . I didn't ear from the manager til 3 days later. The rattle from the engine was just a low oil fluid nothing else ..so they didn't have to take the engine apart or so . I also asked to check the AC system but when the manager called he wasn't sure exactly what was the problem so I was reclutant to do anything but I agree to add freon that usually is 60 dollars. Well at the end the AC problem wasn't fixed and still blowing not cold air. Between the two repair which end up to be a oil change and add some freon for the AC the total bill was 533. Adding too many hours of labor for a simple testing for AC as since they didn't even fix it because was some other problem . I know with old Jag you never know know but the should know and ..I just think I was overcharged ..too bad because I was looking for fair price and I place where I can go with confidence but I didn't find. In fact a neighbor that actually restore jag warned me about the JUst jaguar and overcharging but I didn't Listen. I should have ...😫😫

Owners work in the business, are life-long jaguar lovers, and knew my car inside-out (British-born Graham described my model's Achilles heel, and how to anticipate, then fix it -- next Spring!) Security fences as I had not seen before in an auto shop to protect the vintage and newer Jags in their charge; very reasonable rates; communicative and "simpatico" mechanics. A great vibe in the business of competence, cooperation, and comaraderie, I drove 50 miles to come here, and will return. Back to Just Jaguar for more work in 7-8/16. Great job, once again. They go way beyond the call of duty in customer service!

I took my car to Just Jaguar simply by finding them on the internet. I have never had more professional, courteous, or accommodating experience EVER! The entire team went over and above my expectations, from the transportation, to the reasonable prices, to the car being returned in pristine condition. I highly recommend these incredible group of individuals.

A month ago, my 2012 Jaguar XF showed a red "Performance Restricted" warning light accompanied by, not surprisingly, actual restricted performance. I limped in to Just Jaguar, which I chose based on glowing Yelp reviews. They used computer diagnostics to locate the problem, fixed it in a timely fashion, and charged a reasonable $360. I was so happy, I told the owner and his wife I looked forward to seeing them again the next time I needed service. I did not anticipate that "next time" would be today with the same exact problem. Once again, my car crawled to Just Jaguar, where I fully expected them to correct the problem with no additional charge. Instead, the owner's wife told me the mechanic who worked on the car a month ago went back to work at a Jaguar dealership, and that, GET THIS, they no longer had the diagnostic tool to figure out what was wrong with the car or a mechanic who could fix it. She blithely suggested I take it to a dealer! Stunned, I asked for at least a partial refund of the $360 I paid a month earlier to NOT fix the car. Her response: "$360 was a good price. You got to drive the car for a month." Now how can you argue with that pretzel logic? Cute story, I know, but if you only remember one thing from this review, it's this: Just Jaguars no longer has a diagnostic tool or a mechanic that can tell what's wrong with your Jaguar and fix it. But if you want to pay someone $360 so you can drive your car for a month, look no further.

Just Jaguar is no longer in business. This place is now called Sherman Oaks Exclusive and they primarily work on Land Rover and Jaguar. The price of an oil change and air filter were a bit pricey but the staff was very nice and friendly and they were able to complete the work quickly and my car came back clean (not washed but clean). Their expert Jaguar mechanic was not there that day, so I couldn't get some other things inspected.
