A current customer referred me to Just Tires, based mainly upon the quality of service provided by “Theo.” I must admit, Theo is very warm, friendly, patient, and was a joy to work with. He kept me well informed of completion times, and details of what was needed. He is a star!

I had an excellent experience at Just Tires! Alfredo, the salesman, was fantastic. He quickly replaced my tire that had a nail, providing great value and exceptional service. The new tire is top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend Alfredo and Just Tires for anyone needing tire services!

The guys are just tires are just great. Popped in there to get a replacement tire and they had me back on the road in about 45 minutes. Professional, down to earth and the prices are decent as well. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them or visit them again next time I'm in West hollywood.

Theo always gives me the best option for whatever automotive problems I have, and goes above and beyond to make sure that when I drive away I’m driving a car that’s safe. I’ve gone to the Beverly Blvd location for many years. It started with tires many years ago, but they do much more than “just tires”. Thank you!

There was an extremely disrespectful and condescending staff member working the front desk. I explained to him that I had booked my appointment and was scheduled online for the time slot I showed up for. He wouldn’t even hear me out, he just kept saying “it’s not happening today, why are you confused?”. He stated that my appointment was invalid and that only the manager would be able to help me. Not only am I confused to why I was able to make an appointment today, I’m also upset that I wasted time coming to the store and planning my day to accommodate the tire replacement. Right now there are (4) guys standing around doing nothing looking their phones and yet they are unable to complete my tire replacement? Truly terrible customer service.

I’ve been going to the Just Tires location on Beverly for years. They’re convenient to my work and they always get the job done in a timely manner. It was easy for me to make an appointment online and they had all my information when I arrived. The total time in their office from drop off to pick up was less than 5 minutes.Their prices are reasonable. They communicated their findings with me to allow me how I wanted to proceed. I’ll be back if I have issues that they can help me with

There were problems with the tires, and they offered me a replacement with Cooper tires at a huge discount for $1280 😂 which shocked me. I don't even know what kind of junk those are. They offered cheap Goodyear tires for $1680, I asked how much one tire cost, the answer was $259. I'm good at math and can calculate quickly in my head, 4 tires would be $1036. I asked how much the labor would be, the answer was "only for you and only today" $100 for 4 tires... $1680 - $100 - $1036 = $544, which I understood as a tip 😂 or perhaps a fee for a lack of basic education and bad grades in math. In the end, I bought Kumho EV tires for my Tesla, with noise insulation, for $130 per tire = $620, and the installation on site was $120. Total $740.

Got 2 tires replaced and all seemed fine. A couple months later I noticed one of the wheel lug (nuts) was gone. I don't know if it was never put back or somehow put in loose enough to fall out on it's own. I've driven this car for 7 years with no other such issue. Also now that I think about it, they took advantage of my wife when she went because she seemed like a clueless woman. (I guess they were right.. lol) They told her they only had a high end tire in stock which she then paid for, despite the fact that she needed to leave the car overnight anyway, and she has one of the most common cars on the market, so there's no doubt any decent tire shop would have been able to have normal tires delivered that day or by the next morning even if they had in fact run out.

Last week, I called them to get a price for a flat tire repair. The person on the phone quoted me $48 if it was repairable. I said okay, and 15 minutes later I went there and told the young man in the office that I was there for a flat tire repair. He quoted me $65. I told him that I had called 15 minutes earlier and we had agreed on $48. He then said, "Okay, then it will be $45 for you" (it was like a comedy film). Then they said the tire couldn't be repaired and I needed to buy a new tire for $122. I said okay. After the tire was installed, they quoted me $145, and the guy in the office insisted he hadn't said $122. I asked for a list of the services performed, and on the paper I received, I saw that $23 insurance had been added to the price. Their insistence on making me pay for this insurance didn't seem right to me at all. I wanted to say here that I will never go there again.

I came specifically for an Uber inspection. The employee told me: “You didn’t ask about tires, you asked for Uber inspection,” and proceeded to charge me, even though it was obvious that the inspection would automatically fail due to tire tread. I was not informed in advance and was not asked whether I wanted to proceed, despite the issue being visible before starting the inspection. My tires were already ordered and scheduled to arrive the next day, which I explained. When I questioned the charge, I was told that my signature means it doesn’t matter and the employee continued to stand there and mock the situation instead of addressing it professionally. This is not how customers should be treated. Very unprofessional and unfair practice.

I had an issue with my wheel and no one could figure out what the real problem was. This employee took the time to carefully inspect everything, helped me understand the cause, and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He was incredibly helpful and professional. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

Worst customer service, I ask one guy a question And he didn’t want to answer. Went inside the office and the guy just said is not happening today we about 45 minutes to close , just for a simple flat tire , and they wonder Why they go out of business first and last time never coming back

Alejandro was so helpful! My spare was flat. He showed me how to drop the spare from up under the vehicle and fixed it (the corroded valve) in 10 minutes. Super fast, helpful and such a great friendly team. He checked my tires…suggest I change in about 5k (10k max). I’ll br back in a few months! Best customer service experience in a long time! Well done!

Got an alert that 1 tire was very low so I knew to drive it right away to Just Tires. These guys are always great and we've been coming here for years. Theo is the best! He took me right away and $65 later they patched the nail and I was on my way.

My low tire pressure light kept coming on even though I filled it with air. I stopped my Just Tires on Beverly & they were able to quickly address the matter. They discovered the tires were fine, it was simply a valve/sensor issue. The fixed it quickly free of charge and sent me on my day. What a relief! Thanks team!

I brought my vehicle here out of convenience to address a slow leak. After inspecting the tire, they refused to perform the repair, claiming the tires were too worn to be safely serviced. Their initial response was to push a full set of new tires, then retreat to attempting to sell a single replacement tire—despite the fact that the issue required only a repair. I have extensive experience maintaining and repairing my own vehicles and am well aware of accepted safety standards regarding tire wear. While they cited “safety” as the reason for refusal, the threshold they applied was excessive and appeared designed to drive unnecessary tire sales rather than provide reasonable service. Customers should not feel pressured to spend hundreds of dollars simply because a repair is declined. They advertise tire repairs at $75, which is already high. After asking me to leave my car for up to three hours, they called me back in less than an hour—not to complete the repair, but to refuse service and upsell new tires. I then took my vehicle to another repair shop just three miles away. That shop made me aware of the tire wear without any pressure, performed the repair immediately, and had me back on the road in under 10 minutes. It was a family-owned business with excellent customer service. Their repair fee was only $33, and I tipped the repairman an extra $20 for his outstanding service and still saved money. Based on this experience, I would not return to this franchise location. Do not waste your time or money here when more honest, efficient, and customer-focused repair shops are readily available.
