My car was returned with 2 dash buttons missing, they had me come in and have the manager look. He looked inside the car and couldn't find them. He took pictures of the missing buttons and my license plate and said they would replace them. It's been months and I've never heard back once. Not good customer service. Giving 3 stars because my car was cleaned well otherwise. Still have missing buttons on my dash though.

I've been coming here for 9 years, I'm always impressed by the customer service and great job they do cleaning my vehicles (SUV, truck, car). The basic wash is an amazing deal and the Justin wash is more than worth the cost. I also get my oil changes and tire rotations, the team is always quick and friendly. Highly recommend.

I went to the car wash and I was about to leave and I tried to clean my car with the a towel and the manager came to me and he started talking to me very rudely that u can’t clean your car with our towel that manager was sooooo rude and unprofessional

I have been getting my car washed here regularly from last few years. They do a really great job at detailed cleaning and the prices are very reasonable. They do have a customer appreciation day on Wednesdays. If you haven’t visited this place then you must try once and experience the service

Got here at 11:52, left at 1:23. Basic Wash 1 hour 31 minutes It was a bit before the lunchtime rush, so I am very surprised how long it took. Will probably shop around next time for a different car wash. Just took far too long. I know the bottom line is important, but management should consider more headcount to get cars in and out quicker. Could result in better customer retention. Maybe the management is young/new. Not sure.

We have been loyal Justin's customers for many years but won't return after today's experience. After a 2 hour wait for a Silver Wash, when they called me over to return my Raptor F 150 the drivers side mirror was gone...with wires left hanging. The attendant first tried to convince me I brought it in that way. When I escalated the complaint to management I was told the same thing, that the mirror must have been missing when I came in. At my insistence, they looked for the mirror, which the found in the wash bay on the ground. The manager helped me to reattach the mirror but offered no compensation for my broken mirror (see photo). I am really disappointed with the current level of customer service. At the absolute minimum, they should have comped my wash, but they offered nothing for the damage they caused.

The "Justin's Wash" is a great deal. It's a solid interior and exterior detailing for only $50. My car arrived dirty, with lots of dog hair on every interior surface, and when they finished, it looked like a new car. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, I have yet to have a bad experience here. I recommend getting there either when they open or an hour or so before closing, otherwise you may have a long wait.

I've been going to this place for years. Today I got my car wash and unfortunately the car wash broke the valve stem on my tire. The manager came out immediately and told me they would fix it at their expense and helped put my split tire on. Honest mistake but his professionalism and custom service is why I come. Thank you

I love coming here to get my car washed. They do a good job. It’s worth the money so I don’t have to do it myself cause I have a bad back. They have several spots to sit and wait in peace. They sell snacks and drinks. They have a repair service area where they do oil changes and stuff like that. I’ve never used them for that but it would be convenient. They also have punch cards which I always appreciate.

Horrible car wash. NO WAY IS IT WORTH $40 !!! AND NO WAY WILL I GO BACK. Wish I could post the photos but along with several other things that weren't washed there is now soap smears and run off that is baking into my paint as I type. Gonna take me hours to go back over this and fix what they messed up or just didnt even bother doing. Wish I could attach photos cause this is by far the worst car wash experience I have ever had. There is not one single good thing I can say about it.

I was disappointed with my experience. After the wash, there was no crew available to take care of my car, and it sat there for about 40 minutes. In total, I spent over an hour waiting, even though the actual wash only took around 5 minutes. I understand that staffing can be an issue, but if you don’t have enough people to handle customers properly, you shouldn’t keep accepting more cars. For the price charged, the service didn’t feel worth it.

They found a problem with the thermostat and said they would order the part for me, quoted a price for the work and said the thermostat would be delivered in 5 days. On the 6th day I called and they said they couldn't do it because the work would take a long time. I waited 6 days and drove around with a broken car and in the end they just said they wouldn't do it and didn't even apologize. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

What a joke!!, I am so tired of watching these people spend 45+ minutes to dry my car. First they don't start drying the car until it's dry, then I actually saw them clean the same windows 5 times, no exaggeration, 5 times. Pay attention to what you are doing and maybe the drying process won't take so long. Also, $50 with tip is way to much for a car wash!! Ridiculous. PS - I went in the middle of they day on a weekday, it was not busy. Never got my scenting.

Smog Center in Roseville near Washington and Pleasant Grove has been my go to for quick smog checks. They handle my 2008 BMW 328i with no problem, even though it’s a tougher car to work on, and I’m usually in and out around 8am with time to get to work by 9. The price is fair, the service is fast, and having the Chevron and Justin’s Car Wash right there makes the stop extra convenient.
