I've had my car for 7 years, and have only had it detailed twice. I was on the hunt for a good auto detailing company, seeing as my last detailing experience was a nightmare. K&J had the best reviews in my area, and their website was the most professional. I had the ability to book online, even create an account to see my history of bookings, and they send confirmation emails/texts. Not only did they show up on time (I've been burned in the past), but once they were finished, my car looked exactly as it did 7 years ago when I drove it off the lot. The attention to detail is IMPECCABLE. They cleaned spots that I didn't even know existed. They spent 3 hours giving my car the attention it deserves. Once they were finished, they explained to me in detail what they had done to give me the best experience possible. Professional, timely, insanely affordable, communicative and so very passionate about what they do. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.
