Can’t say enough about this place. I took my car in and I got it back to me a week early and for $500 cheaper than quoted. It came back washed and cleaned better than most detailers Do, and everything was exactly how it was supposed to be. I did have to take it back in a few days later, but they fixed my problem within 15 minutes for no extra fee. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the area besides kaizen

I have a 2012 Lexus that I want to continue using for many more years. It only has 130K miles on it. Typically I drive cars until they reach 250K or more. I have taken the car to Kaizen to preserve its appearance and they do an outstanding job. Even though the car is 13 years old, it looks great. The quality of their work and their devotion to customer service (thank you, Andres) are unsurpassed in my experience in dealing with any organization not just those that have taken care of one my cars. I have another car which I keep in the SF Bay Area that needs some body work done to preserve its longevity and sometime in the next year, I am going to drive it to Santa Maria and have Kaizen work on it

We took our car here after an accident and made it clear to them not to call me, only call my husband but they called me several times anyway. Then they left the car door open in the rain so when I went to get my personal belongings they were soaked, also this causes the dome light to stay on and killed my battery. Due to the dead battery my independent car appraiser was unable to verify miles on odometer or pull the car back to get the pictures he wanted for the report. Then to top it off they have the nerve to tell us we need to pay THOUSANDS of dollars in storage fees to get the car back. If you want to charge storage fine, but inform the person BEFORE they start charging not after! They are the only shop in town who is a preferred provider with state farm, they agree to low rates with the insurance companies then try to nickel and dime the local people who own the cars. Avoid this place at all costs

5 out of 5 for both work performed and customer service. Had a gaint gash ripped into my door and they completely repaired the entire thing and blended the paint perfectly. In addition i had a massive struggle with an electrical compenent and they worked with me extensively to get the issue fixed, even going as far as contacting the dealership maintenance team to better diagnose the issue. The team went out of their way to help me!

I can’t begin to express my gratitude and impressiveness with Kaizen Mainline. To start with every single employee is kind, professional, caring, and very approachable. Now to the body work. 10 stars if I could give them. Truck looks brand new, panels aligned perfectly, and the plaint blending work is pure perfection. Jesus is the rep who took care of me and they kept me updated every step of of the way. All in all the process only took 3 weeks but that primarily due to GM having parts on back order. If you’re looking for a local family owned honest, trustworthy, and reliable Autobody shop, then Kaizen Mainline should be your only go to option.

I was hit by a deer on my way home on hwy 166 and my insurance Allstate recommended to take my jeep to Kaizen and I have to say I am very happy with my decision. I am a first time pregnant 21 year old who recently purchased my very first vehicle and was in my first accident (the deer) with absolutely no idea of how the process of repairs or insurance stuff was handled but my estimator Jason T. did a fantastic job with explaining everything to me and keeping great contact with me when it came to what all exactly would need to be replaced and letting me know when parts came in. Bernard the GM and Edwin the Customer Service Rep also made my entire experience run so smoothly so big shout out to them! Kaizen Collision did an amazing job on their full body repair on my Honda S2000. I initially came in with just a non-accidental repair on my trunk lid, but after speaking with Andres Sanchez on a full-body repair (something that was wanting to do for years), I was convinced and confident that they’d offer the best quality for the price and lifetime warranty. Both lead time and pricing were great. The project was finished within a month. There were some minor flaws when I received the car e.g. overspray underneath the car such as the subframes and adjacent mechanical/underbody parts. But that is easily corrected with some elbow grease. There was no overspray on any exterior unpainted moldings/rubbers/mirrors/glass. The cloth soft top was also kept clean. Overall, the car looks fantastic and is basically brand new off the lot. I highly recommend Kaizen for full body work.
