Brought my 1990 Honda Accord here after getting a quote for $850 from a AAA repair place after my car died on the road. They diagnosed it as a failed ignition coil and spark plugs and for $350 was repaired. They took the time to go through the repairs with me and noted a few things to keep an eye out for in the future. Very honest repair place and will bring any future Honda/Acura repairs here.

One of the best and reliable Acura service and repair shop in Sunnyvale area. Prices are very reliable. They have very good experienced technicians and mechanics. I always prefer to go here for my service. Only thing is you need book an appointment for service at least a month ahead for car service which is a little bit hassle.

writing this as a new customer and will be happy to update it as i continue to take my car here: Sandy and Bill are kind, quick, and thorough! - I missed my appointment and Sandy set me up with a new time pretty close to my original one - Due to packing for a move i didn’t have all my service history but Bill still fixed everything that needed to be done for 65k mi + my own individual wear and tear - my car is a hybrid so the brake flush is more complicated—bill took care of it no problem - after fixing my car in just a few hours, bill showed me videos of the brake flush job and explained why it needed to happen - i’ve seen everyone talk about how they take their 05 accord with 200k miles here but i drive a 2019 model hybrid and they were still able to take care of me no problem - EDIT: it’s also reallllllllly reallllly good pricing especially compared to the stealership. can’t believe I forgot to add this There’s a reason it takes a month to get an appointment here—can’t wait to keep bringing cars to Kaloci forever!

Amazing people! I was in town visiting only for a few days and was experiencing some brake noises. Despite being completely booked out, the owner and his super friendly assistant were worried about my safety so they squeezed me in for a quick diagnosis. Feeling sorry for me, they didn’t even charge me at all for taking a look at my car! It didn’t need work and I made it home in one piece. I cannot recommend this place enough. They have so much integrity and were very professional!
