Called to get a quote for a new zx6r I purchased from a different location to get my break in service, the service guy gave me a really nasty answer for not purchasing through them, and told me I made a mistake and they will have to call me back to give me a price on the first oil change. I dont think it would be the safest getting service here as a result of the phone interaction. I would be willing to pay extra for not initially buying from them but getting the service done with them but instead it was really bad customer service. I came in to explore a trade-in for my motorcycle and was given a very low offer based on "auction pricing." When I asked for a copy of the offer to take home and consider, the dealership refused to provide it. It felt like a tactic to keep me from shopping around or understanding my bike's true value. I recommend anyone considering a trade-in get multiple offers and be cautious of dealers unwilling to put anything in writing. I want to write this review to be transparent on their business model. Every other dealership offered me much more for my trade in, and even lowered the adm due to my bike being in great condition while ken and Joe's were trying to tell me my bike was not since it's been used and not as pretty as a brand new bike. Kinda insulting to people who actually ride.

Terrible service, impatient staff. Came in to have a look at their used inventory. No one really wanted to answer any questions or spend any time to explore options with me. I guess they only cater to those with big pockets, fine by me, will never be recommending this place to anyone or coming back.

I had a terrible experience at Ken and Joe’s. This dealership does not disclose all the details about their deals or the vehicles they are trying to sell. The staff were extremely rude and impatient when speaking to customers, which made the whole process even worse. When I asked about their normal loan rates, they ran my credit without fully explaining the consequences. Afterwards, they tried to offer me a loan with over 20% APR and acted like they were doing me a “big favor.” In reality, it was nothing but a huge hit on my credit score. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Be very cautious if you plan to do business

Have you ever had a $10,000 dirtbike and you wanted to speak to someone who is knowledgeable someone who works on bikes has bikes road bikes knows about bikes there is a gentleman I had contact with his name is Chris all I can say is although I don’t live in California I will be ordering parts through him as he knows all the parts that are correct which ones Are still available and the knowledge of installing them comforting that I won’t be shipping any parts back and I’ll be getting all the parts right the first time.. my contact with this gentleman, I found him to be extremely friendly knowledgeable told me to call back if I needed any more information I wanted to say that in today’s society trying to find someone who actually knows what they’re talking about is certainly extinct in the workplace.. I also had contact with the sales manager and left him know that with my 458,000 views on my Google content I will be letting others know of the caliber of the shop…. Thank you for taking out your busy day to assist me with my KX 250. I will be diagnosing it further and letting you know exactly what parts I will need special thanks to the team that hired this gentleman as I can’t tell you the countless times I’ve gone to a parts store and I was speaking to a woman, who clearly didn’t have a clue on what I was talking about… five star service and shop knowledge being extremely critical when deciding on which Shop I want to spend my money with!!! I had a great experience purchasing an excf at this awesome shop. Ben helped me with the negotiations and the owner of the store was helpful with giving me a fair price on Dirt Bike. They were on top of the recall that the new model had (start/stop switch). They had it already swapped before I even asked. The service department has all the parts and oils that you need. Skidplates and other protective gear. Granted some stuff may need to be pulled in from the manufacturer. Overall it's a good store with a MASSIVE inventory of all types of bikes ranging from Honda, Kawasaki , BMW 1000R to KTMs and even quads. Check it out if you're in the market! Big thanks to Ben and James for the transaction. I'll be coming back. Update: bought a 50sx factory for my son! Super awesome place!

John, Melvin and the team here are complete rockstars. The location is off the beaten path, but all of the best gems are hard to find, but the most rewarding. The moment I walked in the atmosphere and warm welcomes coupled with the cool tunes was surely a plus. Blown away by the inventory on-site. Melvin is a wealth of knowledge packed in a little dudes body. Just give him a couple issues of what you’re having and like google…0.001 seconds he return with top three options. I was blown away. This place services so many off road and even CHP motorcycles. A huge selection of tires to choose from at really competitive prices. Service, Parts and Sales. Probably the worst service department that I’ve ever dealt with. Took my bike in on a warranty claim (a policy that they sold me) and it took six months to get it back. A month after having it they called me up and accused me of putting an aftermarket piston in when the rest of the bike is stock. Two months in and they finally filed the claim. Then five months in after receiving zero updates on the progress and getting the same answer of “it’s not our fault, we’re waiting on parts” they finally decided to do something and send the originally cylinder to get re-sleeved. Finally six months later I again call them and they say they have everything back and it’ll take max two days to have the bike ready. Two weeks after that phone call I haven’t heard anything from them and I call them. The answer was “good news! You’ll have your bike for thanksgiving, you should be excited!” I gave them my bike in May. Then I get a call not five minutes later that I had to pay out of pocket for a new slave cylinder because I had supposedly complained about the shifting being rough. Never once did I mention it and never once did they bring it up in our numerous conversations. I pushed back and magically five minutes later I get a call from good ole Ken and Joes service department saying not to worry because that was for a different bike. TRASH. The worst costumer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m honestly not even happy to have it back at this point and I wouldn’t be surprised if it breaks.

The service here is outstanding. I started my journey trying to buy a Honda 650R then switched over to a rc390 unfortunately things turned out differently but I left feeling great with a couple of helmets for my cousins side by side. The manager Dave was super understanding and made things easy! Kira and Melvin in parts are truly the best!!!!!! 10/10
