First of all, I cannot say enough on how excellent Ken Rocha Collision is! I was in an accident in Nov. 2023 and was referred to them for help with the insurance company and repairs. My first contact was with Amanda and I felt as if we became friends through the process. She was incredibly helpful with every detail and kept me in the loop. If it wasn't for her help, I would have lost it. When my car was ready to be picked up, I was in awe, it looked & smelled better than when I purchased it from the dealer! I also had spoken with Cynthia & Rachel, which both were so pleasant and professional. I would recommend Ken Rocha Collision to anyone & everyone that needs help if you are in an accident! Tip: NEVER call the insurance company, Call Amanda at Ken Rocha Collision FIRST!!!!! You will be happy that you did. Also, Kyle even fixed another part of my vehicle at no charge!! I took my 2004 Jeep Wrangler to Ken Rocha Collision after the hood was scratched. Kyle and Amanda were super patient and knowledgeable. The price for the repair was incredibly fair, and they returned the jeep to me within 3 hours, with it looking fantastic. In addition, the office staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and considerate. Being from out of town (I am a student attending university in the area), I was initially nervous about taking my car to a place I knew very little about. However, after talking to Kyle, I was relieved to know that my car was in good hands as their work was thorough and trustworthy. I highly recommend Ken Rocha Collision and the work that Kyle does. Ken Rocha is now the only place I will consider going to for auto repair in Rhode Island.

I had such a great experience at Ken Rocha Collision. My car was hit by a large truck while it was making a delivery and the trucking company insurance was challenging to deal with. The staff at Ken Rocha were tireless at getting the trucking company to cooperate with their insurance. They communicated regularly with me and gave me frequent updates. Once the trucking company cooperated my car was taken in and is completely fixed. They helped me with the rental car service and went above and beyond in customer service.

The staff at Ken Rocha were so kind and helpful. Without their help I would have just accepted an insurance payment without realizing my car was actually totaled. They handled most communication with the insurance company, giving me one less thing to stress about. I mostly worked with Colleen, who is very nice and helpful, but the other team members are also very nice and helpful as well. During a stressful time they helped take some of that stress off me with their work. I would definitely recommend working with them if needing auto body work

Excellent service!! I was rear-ended, so my dad and I were looking for shops and came across this one through a google search. Since the moment we called to when I went in to bring the car, the ladies in the front were extremely kind and caring even helping me deal with the people from the rental agency to ensure I didn’t pay for anything unnecessary. They were super helpful and always maintained communication with us whether it was updates on the car’s status or how they were taking care of all insurance issues. They handed back the car in perfect condition, very smooth and shiny, and extremely clean on the inside and outside!

Excellent service and care! I had managed to get a long scratch in the bumper and needed to get it fixed. They looked at the damage and gave me a few options on how to fix it, along with some other smaller scratches. The before and after change amazed me. The vehicle was also impeccably clean & detailed. Ken Rocha is probably one of the best shop around , I have been so many places but nobody do bodywork like them ! We got rear ended and I was afraid my car wouldn’t come out looking new - my oh my I was wrong ; it came out looking like I just bought the car of the lot! If your car needs fixing, don't look further. GO TO THEM. I got rear-ended and the insurance (both mine and theirs) gave me such a hard time paying for the damages. Ken Rocha Collision said, we got this. They not only fixed the car, worked with insurance so I didnt have to and coordinated a rental for me. They were also so communicative the whole time. I just had to give them information, wait for them to work their magic, drop off then pick up my car. No fuss. Also, my car came out better than when I first bought it brand spanking new?!?! They literally are the best.
