Extremely poor quality of work and it took way way longer than it should have because of wrong parts being ordered and ???? They must get paid by the day from insurance, so frustrating waiting and waiting and then getting a car back that makes weird noises.

Customer service by Abby was ideal. I asked her questions without even providing them with any business, then she proactively called me a week later to see if I still needed the service. I selected the shop mainly because of location and hearing that the shop pre-approved by my insurance was making appointments for 2-3 months out. Abby reached out frequently to keep me updated and the job was completed ahead of schedule.

Ken is known in the local community for shabby workmanship. His shabby workmanship caused a serious accident and almost cost my son his life. Ken's reputation is that he does not know how to install glass, leaving it pourous and leaking water in storms - yet he insists on installing his own glass and wonlt let a true glass professional do it.

I had my first accident ever and ended up with a front bumper and grill hanging on by a thread and all scratched and ripped. Found this place on my insurance provider's website and looked them up on Google and found a very good review, so I decided this would be the place to fix my car. I took my car in on a Saturday (with an appointment, but I'm sure they take walk-ins/tow-ins) and they assessed the damage and told me they really couldn't do anything with it until early the next week because they needed to get the work order from the insurance company. So they had me fill out the necessary paperwork and called Enterprise with whom they have special prices, so they were able to get me a small sedan (Chevy Cobalt) for the $25/day my insurance covered, so I only had to pay taxes. They told me that they would follow up with me once they had the estimate of the repairs. So I went and got my rental and didn't hear from them until I called the shop the following Thursday to ask what the status was. Regardless, the damage turned out to be more extensive than what it appeared (lots of parts inside ended up bowed, broken welds, etc.), so he walked me through all the details of the repairs, what parts needed replacing, etc. Once I got my car back, there were still nothing left. They even gave me a small container of the paint mix that matched my car for any future scratches AND installed my license plate holder and plate on my front bumper FREE! Overall, I was VERY VERY impressed with the customer service. Everyone was very friendly and so helpful in dealing with the insurance and the rental car company, as well as the follow up service. It was good work, and my car looks back to normal. The fact that it took so long kind of sucked, but I understand that waiting for parts, waiting for bureaucratic insurance paperwork and all that takes up most of that time. Total time: 14 days Total cost: $6,000 (I only paid my insurance deductible)

Just picked up my car from Ken's - I was referred to Ken by my mechanic after an unfortunate accident occurred during the delivery of my luxury vehicle. Ken , Christina and staff were incredibly EASY to work with. They worked directly with my insurance company - taking all the stress out of the situation. Ken the owner met with me to go over the plan. He was so professional and friendly through out the whole process. When I picked up my car I was amazed by the quality of the workmanship. I accidentally crunched the rear quarter panel of my girlfriends 2014 CRV and had to make it right pronto (1 year later). I had noticed that Ken’s shop always has nice cars in the lot so I figured I would give them a try. We had a great experience at Ken’s. Everyone was very professional and super friendly. They knocked it out in two days (in the midst of the pandemic) and handed it back freshly washed and good as new. They quoted a fair price and did great work in a timely manner. I can’t think of much more I could ask for from a body shop. I’m looking forward to having them work on my classic Benz next! I would recommend them to a friend.

I've gone to Ken's for two different repairs, and each time he went above and beyond to help me get back on the road quickly and safely. Most recently, my car's bumper had been in an accident and was hanging dangerously askew. Without even hesitating, Ken was on his back beneath the car, fastening the bumper on so that it would hold securely until our appointment could be scheduled. Without his help, we would have been wrapping the car in duct tape just to be able to use the freeway safely. Ken and his team are kind, prompt, knowledgable, professional, and reasonably priced. I hope we don't need any more bumpers fastened on, but if we do, we're heading to Ken's.
