I’ve had the (unfortunate) opportunity to have needed auto body services several times in the last few years. While I haven’t had any horrible experiences at the 3 other body shops I have visited, I haven’t had such a delightful experience either. I was able to drive right down and get a quote. The women at the front were knowledgeable, friendly and awesome. The estimator(?) was very attentive, and actually listened to my requests and seemed to care about my concerns. They were very thorough, and the correct parts were ordered (not my experience in the past), quickly. They communicated clearly about what was to be done with my car and the timing in which it was to happen. The whole process was very efficient and went smooth. To top it off, the work was top notch and the price was affordable. I’ve never reviewed anything before, but felt compelled, because of my previous experiences at multiple places, to express how this is an extremely well run business that I will trust with any of my future auto body needs.

The nice folks at Fanucci Auto Body really came through for me in a pinch yesterday. My gas cap door had broken off and I needed to get a new one on ASAP as I was driving up to the snow the next day. I rolled into their shop right before close before a holiday weekend and they drilled out a few rivets for me on the spot and FOR FREE. Really appreciate the generosity that these guys showed and would definitely recommend as they clearly care about helping their customers.

The Fanucci Team are very professional and friendly! I had never been to this auto shop prior to my accident (my first ever, which I was very green to this whole experience) and they were extremely helpful ever step of the way. They work for you on your behalf with the insurance company and rental car company. Fanucci does their best to make the whole process go as smooth as possible and get your car back to ASAP. I value and appreciate the level of customer service they provided! I would totally recommend them to anyone.

I was introduced to this shop after a car accident and they did solid work getting my car back into shape. But the reason why I'm writing today is that I came back because my rear running lights weren't working. They looked into it quickly and fixed the broken fuses in a matter of minutes and didn't charge me anything! Not only that they showed me how to do it myself in the future. Just had our 2024 RAV 4 Prime repaired after backing it into a concrete pillar. This is our 3rd repair by Fanucci's over the past many years and we couldn't be happier. Great family operation. So easy to work with. Finished the job just under the estimate and ready on time. The car was a bit dirty inside and out when I dropped it off. Besides a great repair job, the car was detailed inside and out! Felt like we had a brand new car again! Thanks for an excellent job!

Fixed the damage to my car, but sent me off in a car when my wheel wasn't even straight. Luckily I noticed before I had even passed the Safeway down the street and took it right back. It took another couple of days to fix that, and I was shocked it had happened in the first place. They managed to fix the damage I had to my car, but sending a customer off in a vehicle when the steering wheel isn't straight is concerning to say the least as it can negatively impact driving and cause safety issues for the driver, anyone else in the car and those around them. The staff weren't that helpful, and wanted to get me in and out of the location as quickly as possible. There are better options locally to get your car fixed, but, this was the location I was told to go to by my insurance company.
